Workout room was splendid. THANK YOU for providing towels. But the cups stuck together and not easy to separate for drinking water. The Elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW, but it did its job despite the snail pace. Breakfast has plenty of variety. It was scrumptious!! The hotel staff are extremely courteous and nice. The one lady maintained extreme control when learning the first-floor pipe busted. What a mess that was, but by the time we cam back that evening, fans were blowing to dry the carpet. JOB WELL DONE!

I didn't like that the beds in Room 321 were incredibly TOO SOFT. Did not sleep comfortably. We did NOT enjoy the DIRECT TV going out in our room either but felt a little bit better that the one in the lobby/breakfast area was out as well. PLEASE GET RID OF SATELLITE TELEVSION. Ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work, so I went to the 2nd floor. And when we changed rooms to Room 413, housekeeping didn't make up our bed.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and cheerful. The hot tub jets were actually clean, which is surprisingly hard to find in my experience. The room was large and had plenty of room. The daily housekeeping was great. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've slept on in a hotel.

The dining area in the lobby is small and it's hard to get around when they have a lot of people. Parking lot really doesn't accommodate all guests we had to park the next lot over and walk to the hotel. The microwave was not really good quality and I burt my food day 1.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had space. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to a great shopping center and River City Sports Complex.

Looking forward to seeing the property after the remodel. Parking was a little sparse due to the remodel in progress.

The breakfast was great! Thank you for having scrambled eggs and a meat product. Coffee was very good.

The tub was so old that there was a trough in the middle which allowed for standing water. The standing water created a black stain. It made the tub look dirty. Needs to be replaced. Mattress was not firm at all and could stand to be replaced.

location. Hull street entrance difficult to see and is small. Other entrance was also difficult for us and access road are dark. elevator could be bigger although I know that's just how it was built

The staff were wonderful! There was a problem on our hall with another guest and the staff handled it very professionally and quickly. Thank you!

Ice makers were broken on two floors. Elevator is slow.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Other than minor housekeeping issues (tissues ran out) the room was comfortable. The charge rate was actually lower than quoted!

From the time you walk in and is greeted by the host to the time you leave everyone is so welcoming, helpful and attentive to the guest!!! The bed was super comfortable!! The room is amazing!! we loved our stay here

Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room air conditioning was quiet and easy to control. Style was appealing.

The bathroom tub had a a couple of rust spots. The bathroom fixtures were a little hard to manipulate. We had to visit the front desk because our first room smelled, but the staff remedied the situation smoothly and quickly. lastly, the directions to get to the hotel wasn't clear.

The breakfast is why I'm filling out your survey. It was one of the better hotel continentals I've had in a while. Food was fresh, good variety and tasty.

Not much....thought the prices were high for that location and weekend. Seemed like they were about 40$ higher than during the week and it wasn't exceptionally crowded.
