The hotel was a great shape, very clean. The pool was awesome. But the real MVP was the breakfast.. Would definitely stay there again. The lady that does the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The? Clean lady was very nice. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Well positioned, easy access to/from the major highway, convenient parking, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable room and bed.

Renovation in progress along with construction noise, dust and dirt. Not a major issue but an annoyance. Sign in elevator warned of potential operational issues, which was disconcerting.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. First time in a long time we have stayed at a hotel and the room was cleaned for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent, so much variety, well stocked, something to eat for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to see various departments well staffed!

Great breakfast! Great room. Staff was excellent! Close to the Harvester Performance Center for a night of live music during our stay with Candlebox Unplugged! Convenient location!

Our room keys worked the first time but all failed on the second try. Same thing happened with the new/fixed keys we received from the front desk. It happened a few more times before we were ready for bed, but they did eventually work properly. Some in our party wanted to use the pool after the concert, but it has already closed. Maybe adults could swim at their own risk after 11pm in the future?

I love the executive room with the jacuzzi tub. It's a wonderful way to relax and unwind. We try to stay here a couple of times in the cooler months.

The noise from the room above us. There was a baby upstairs above us running and jumping for hours until about 9pm but started up again around 5am. I love children and the child was just having fun but it was very loud, sounded like a elephant stomping.

Bathroom & hot tub were quite nice, ac was nice and cold

Ac doesn't reach the bathroom; not a terrible thing but that's the only thing that comes to mind aside than from cosmetic things like the patchwork job

I didn't like there were blinds but no curtains so when the sun came up it work you up but it wasn't too bad, but I also left early in the morning both days so I didn't get the full effect of the sun in my face but I'm sure it would've been

Excellent loaction for any event at Ferrum College, clean rooms, friendly staff, great hot breakfast and very quiet location with plenty of food options nearby. Hotel is close to HWY as well.

The low water fill in the toilets, need to consider bringing up a little higher.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Close to lots of food options. Only 30 minutes to Smith Mountain Lake. Clean. Good breakfast.

Some staff. One front desk person was helpful. One seemed bothered and had questionable people visiting her. But other front desk person was professional. Housekeeping staff were very friendly.
