Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We live in Va Beach but chose this hotel to stay at in preparation for a procedure at Obici Hospital. Because of the specialty procedures now available at Obici, I expect that more patients will be travelling there from out of town. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone but particularly for patients who don't want to worry about traffic. It's within sight of the hospital! I spoke with the staff at Obici and our physician's office to pass on my recommendation of the Hampton Inn. I encouraged them to let other patients know about it. No one wants to get stuck in traffic in the middle of a tricky prep for surgery! My husband and I agreed that staying at the Hampton Inn Suffolk was a great decision that was comfortable, convenient, enjoyable and gave us great peace of mind.

Location is great! Staff were helpful, informative and real sweet. Loved the lounge couch, it was shockingly comfortable. Lil table at the couch was a great touch, as well as the rolling ottomans (though almost fell off bed from one of em became I did not know it was rolling) Loved the ledge shelf at the mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious but repetitive Ect

Rust in the showerv(nit alit alot so it was fine) and blood (red brown spots) on tissues(3 or 4 of em...) Tv remote functions/slightly dated. No forreal dresser but the rack drawers were doable Breakfast was repetitive but delicious. Cereal was stale. Microwave dish kept shifting even tho I tried to fix it. Ect

The location was convenient to everything my family needed. It was clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing. The amenities were plentiful, including the breakfast, it was delicious. The always available coffee was a big plus. The pool and exercise room kept my family busy. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our housekeeper was exceptionally helpful and very nice. I will stay again whenever I'm in town.

The pillows were a little flat but overall my stay exceeded my expectations.

The room was very clean and smelled nice, it was also in a great spot has starbucks basically in same parking lot. There is a lot nearby if you need anything! All of the staff was super friendly! Breakfast area was super clean and she made sure it was stocked. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Loved the breakfast selections. Room was clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room service doesn’t clean everyday. You have to request it. I was expecting to come back to an already cleaned room. Wish I was informed of that upon checking in.

You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in what they do. Breakfast was excellent for being complimentary. Room was very clean the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit weak but we bring our own anyhow.

Pillows would go flat. But we had our own sonve this is a common issue it most hotels.

The hotel is 3 minutes to my family so it's perfect. We had our cats with us and it wasn't any problem. The breakfast wasn't as good as usual but hey it's something and gets you started. Our first room had some mechanical problems but one call and them just moved us down the hall.
