The location of this establishment, cleanliness of the room, fair pricing & comfort of the bed was amazing! I love the uniqueness of the layout of the hotel rooms; corridors with railings allow you to see all floors & the lobby area as soon as you walk out of your room. We were in a King Suite on the 4th floor. I would definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to family & friends.

I definitely didn't like the "lack of customer courtesy" from Ms. Beatrice at the front desk. We felt reluctant in approaching her for towels or anything for that matter. Our first night began with requesting her to move us to a different room. Reason being, the room's temperature was 78 degrees & the AC wasn't working. This was not good, especially after driving 5 hours to this destination. She continued to ask questions about the temperature guage instead of coming to see for herself, about the temperature in the room. Finally, we were granted our request. From that point forward, her body language in terms of approachability WAS NOT GOOD! This is too nice of a hotel for her to represent it in this manner. First impressions can destroy a business.

The pool was nasty. At least 7 kids got sick one sent to the er, and i asked the front desk to have them close the pool. They did not. It was supposed to be closed at 9pm and was open all night. Was told they would close and put a sign on it due to the kids getting sick. Woke up for the continental breakfast and pool was still open. Complained a second time and finally they closed it just to open it back up later. A total waste of my time to make it known. The pool was really murky and dirty. Next time if it looks like that I will be calling the health dept. Not happy with kids puking and having to go to the hospital. Safety and heath should be Comfort Suites main priority and it wasn't. I will not be staying here ever again and i will be letting colleagues know about this.

Loved staying here. Everyone was friendly, especially Hally (worked Sunday and Monday). She was just the sweetest lady ever :-) We needed an extra blanket and while Housekeeping was not around, one of the staff members got us one from an unoccupied room (THANK YOU). Pool was great for kids and while a little cloudy, they enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and did not run out.

More handicap parking closer to entrance. My sister had to park further from entrance, since trucks took over the parking in front.

The room was huge! If you have a family, it is nice to have a separate sitting area, workstation, and tv's. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff made this stay a home away from home. Location is right in the middle of everything. I will only stay here whenever I travel to this area.

The pool was cold and the back door access was broken.

Really did enjoy our stay here, and look forward to returning. Only thing I'd change is-there were two double beds. I wish we'd chosen a room with one queen bed. My fault.

Nice location with lots of nearby restaurants and seemed to be in a very nice area. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was simple but very good. Ample pillows, blankets, and towels. Comfortable beds. Great temperature in the room.

The elevator was hilariously slow and interior of the building (not the rooms) was uncomfortably warm.

Large rooms very clean very nice bathroom large comfortable beds well maintained. Had spent 3 nights in a red top hotel and it was absolutely horrrible. Such a huge difference I have to say I spent the same money at Comfort and got a much better experience. For the money, it's not the newest hotel but it is absolutely maintained well. Couldn't recommend it more.

I liked the location, the staff to include and not limited to Mona at the Front Desk, Frances and Lyntwan were amongst the employees that made my stay exceptional. Always helpful, friendly and accommodating. Every time I made contact with either one of them they had smiles on their faces and were eager to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was the best.

Not much of a choice for breakfast but what they did supply us with was Mediocore but In all fairness they tried to switch it up a little. Would have been nice to have a better selection of fruit. Free is Free though (smiling)

Staff are very professional, all questions was answered, request was done immediately, american breakfast was good, kitchen staff even ask if you need something or anything, the room are clean, the exercise room was a big help too, i rate them 4 stars.
