Loved the room and that it was a suite. We didn’t cook but used some of the dishes. Grocery store close by. The breakfast was decent. Oatmeal,eggs and waffles. The location to Mount Vernon was terrific. Room quiet and bed comfortable.

Free laundry but most machines weren’t working Coffee not great, breakfast area a bit small for amount of guests.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was very nice and the work out area was very nice. Loved that we had WiFi and Netflix

Pleasant quick checkin. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Great water pressure in shower. Clean smelling sheets and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV! High coffee table to eat on. Clean! Everything was so clean!

The breakfast was a big disappointment. We expected fresh food - waffles! Eggs! Maybe a pastry ! But no - poor selection. And to be handed two frozen egg sandwiches with no directions was frustrating. But the coffee was good. Toilet paper was very poor quality.

Room was large enough with kitchenete , microvawe and cooker

The first room we got was not clean enough and I found empty eye liquid drop container over sofa bed

The property was very clean. The staff was very helpful and able to accommodate every request I made. The staff member that assisted me from booking to checking in and out was Dillon (sorry if I spelled it wrong). He was very welcoming and attentive to making sure my stay was pleasant. That really made my stay amazing! If management sees this, please commend Dillion. He was nothing short of amazing!

The couch looked comfortable but seemed very soiled and should be replaced. Counter tops were dirty No garbage can liners provided

Staff was helpful, especially the manager that checked me in. Overall, it was a good stay. There is a complimentary laundry room,just need your own supplies. Mini-mart at front desk carried various items with decent prices. 24-hour coffee bar was well maintained & clean. Our room was very clean & looked just like it does in pictures. Breakfast sandwiches were Jimmy Dean selections that includes your choice of juices, & dairy products. Pool was clean and towels were well stocked. 24-hr fitness room was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back when I visit area again.

The outside garbage barrel by main entrance doors was overflowing.

The hotel was clean, location was great! Young lady at the front desk was ok but the young man we spoke with when checking in was amazing. The cleaning staff could be a tad quieter in the morning before 9am and I wish the doors did not automatically slam everytime some one goes in and out of their hotel room.

Our next door neighbor had anger issues, but the young man that was at the front desk handled the situation immediately....he was amazing!!

The room was very comfortable. Had everything I needed to relax. Matt at front desk was very helpful and nice!

I couldn't figure out where the front door was Looked like all the other doors.

Great Location. Close to Many Stores and Resaurants.

Everything was Great. The only downside was the our Toilet didn’t have a lot of water pressure. Also the Shower and Sink Didn’t have a lot of water pressure. It was very low.
