All of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room staff very attentive to the needs of the guests. Front desk/reception staff were personable and beyond helpful! We will definately pick this hotel whenever we come to DC.

The sofas in the suites are aging and not particularly comfortable. You may want to upgrade. Otherwise all was terrific.

Very convenient to the Metro station n a quiet area suitable for walking around without fear of being run over by traffic . All Staff were exceptional!!! Large rooms with a large desk and work area comfortable for 2 people. Pots and pans in the kitchen were good quality and allowed us to cook a few meals in the room.

The housekeeping services were sparse. The building is old and shows wear. Furniture in the room was worn.

The staff were consistently asking how guests were and ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Any time I personally needed something they were more than open to try to offer whatever assistance they could.

I do wish that the fitness center was cooler. Although it said it was set to 65 degrees F, it was definitely warmer and resulted in a slightly uncomfortable work out. I also wish that breakfast had a little more variety from day to day.

The breakfast selection was great, with many different options. The staff was very helpful in guiding me to where things were and about apps to make the visit pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience.

No suggestions. I feel if I had a request or need, it would have been fulfilled.

Able to accommodate my request for a fragrance free cleaning in the room before hand, excellent and friendly staff, good selection of breakfast options for everyone in the family, including gluten-free diners and dairy, free, etc.

Bathroom is rather small with no vent fan so it gets very hot and humid in there

I want to give a special thanks to Yanni who was so kind and patient during breakfast time. My mother was struggling with some things and she took the time to show her around and help her get what she needed

We had a problem with the sink backing up and they were attentive to our needs. We were on the first floor which was awesome and allowed us access to an additional bathroom if needed. The breakfast was incredible!!!!!

Just the sink back up in the bathroom. But we were only there for one night so it didn't really affect us.

Even though we specifically asked for the limited housekeeping available, it wasn’t done on 2 of 3 days. It would be nice to have the bed made.

The breakfast was excellent. Simple but enough to start your sightseeing day. All staff in the hotel made you feel at home. They gave us an early check-in, and keep our luggage after we check-out. The beds are comfortable. Not daily cleaning services but if you need anything they provide them immediately. Excellent place, please keep providing your excellent services.
