Room amenities, cleanliness and location close to target

Breakfast is too basic

I like the clean room and that it was close to my jobsite on hwy 405.

The from desk lady at first was a bit rude because I didn't have a credit card. I booked through and app so only when I had booking.com on the phone helping with the issue she called her manager and all was fine after that....although I paid with a visa debit I did mention to the app operator that they should specify in the app if hotels do or do t accept debit or any form of payment. And one more thing as I proceeded to take a shower the tub wouldn't drain but I soon figured it out it was clogged with alot of hair so to housekeeping periodically check the drains !!!

No coffee/tea set up in the room. Inconvenient “grab and go” stuff in the lobby.

Room was spacious, simple, included a stove and microwave to prepare a simple meal and did not get confused with frills or distractions. I could work, sleep, and be comfortable in my room. I could also make coffee. They have pots and coffee makers available to borrow, as well as mugs and so on. The staff, also very basic, was perfect. The young desk attendant got the information needed, was very efficient and pleasant, and I observed her handling a complaint (on the phone about the bill) in expert fashion. It is a great location for a walk into central Bellevue for work.

I would have liked a few courtesy tea packs but it's not really a criticism of the hotel. I didn't go down to breakfast (the location wasn't obvious to me) so it may have been wonderful but I don't know.

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen was helpful when we got the kitchen ware from the desk. Location was great and having a laundry room on the reception level was nice. Good parking.

Our refrigerator made a buzzing sound which came and went. Could use luggage rack and a broom and dustpan would be nice. Cleaning crew were a little noisy in the early hours.

Unsure if there was breakfast. Website had indicated there was a continental breakfast but no signs of it anywhere

I had a very productive stay here. On the positive side, the room is spacious and well-maintained, with convenient amenities like a fridge, stove, and microwave. (However, the lack of utensils may be a drawback for guests who want to prepare or serve their own food.) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The residence itself is quiet and restful. There are nearby options for food and drink, and a Target for picking up essentials. The hotel's location near the freeway is convenient. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant and efficient stay with very few drawbacks. Its location near the local commercial districts may be a draw for some guests who appreciate having a few businesses and amenities nearby.

The freeway running outside is good for getting around the region, but it can also be noisy during rush hours. I had to keep the window closed – not really an issue. Additionally, while downtown Bellevue is within walking distance, it may be a bit of a trek for some guests. Be aware you’re not right in the heart of the tourist part of Seattle.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. They have everything that you need for extended stays: fully equipped kitchenette, laundry ($3 per wash or dry), many luggage carts and elevators. Our room was quiet and nice. Parking spaces were plenty and spacious, also they came at no extra cost.

Plenty of parking, clean, amenities like kitchen dishes/pans available from front desk. We had to depart suddenly (medical emergency), front desk person (Moon) was incredibly caring, understanding, and helpful. BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Driving in and around Seattle is challenging for the uninitiated. Once you find it, this Extended Stay America is a nice comfortable choice in nearby Bellevue.

My husband is a professional bodybuilder, and we travel all over the United States. This is the best we've had. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, and the beds were so comfy. The overall environment was peaceful and inviting. Thank u.

My only complaint was that the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up. But so grateful to have them.
