I loved the location. Restaurants, coffee stands, freeway, and gas very close by. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. The staff was super nice.

I didn't like the fact that there was no wheelchair ramp to the door closest to our room. I had to lift my wife's chair over a curb. Also, the Key cards stopped working on the access door over an hour before we had to check out and even after getting the card reprogrammed, it still didn't work. I needed a fully accessible ADA room and the door we were told to use wasn't wheelchair accessible. Also, the room really needed to be cleaned much better. There was food and clothes left from the previous guest.

I liked that they had an early check-in for no extra cost. The breakfast was great and the hours for breakfast are amazing because it accommodates everyone’s schedule

The room was very nice, although all of the hallway smelt really bad like cat pee. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. No elevator .The restaurant was not up and running other than breakfast but other than that everything was great. It was quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I like that it's close to the freeway and it's quiet.

The hair dryer in my room, room 202, didn't work. And the sink didn't drain very well. In addition, I know the room includes breakfast which I never eat even though I'm paying for, it. Would be nice if there was a charge that didn't include breakfast.

Could be a little better about being on top of breakfast hadnto wait about an hour for them to bring out more food but it was a. Busy weekend for them ...mmmmm... worst thing I can say about the place grounds in the morning coffee But all in all with what the staff was having to in regards to the ratio of people that were in their business and establishment I think they did very well I can't complain and I would definitely stay there and recommend anybody who is in Kelso Washington to stay at Kelso

We were attending a dog show, and it was not too far from the show. Room was perfect and quiet on the side away from the freeway. Really clean room and we didn't have to ask for new towels every day!!

Check in was a little rough as the front desk person could not find our reservation. After a couple calls to Booking, and maybe a half hour when we were tired from a long drive, she finally found it.

We loved the value, the beds, the breakfast, and being able to bring our dog!

At first, we were put into a room that smelled like smoke, but once we mentioned it, they gave us a new room right away! Yes, there's spots on the rug, some holes in the drapes, and no coffee in the rooms, but room and beds were clean, beds were very comfy! The price was perfect for our exploring Mountt Saint Helens trip!

This reservation was for my son who had foot surgery and needed a room to recover in that had an accessible shower. They provided the perfect room for him and he could bring his cat that provided comfort to him. The price was very reasonable. The only complaint he had was that the included breakfast was not very good.

The breakfast included with the room was less than satisfactory.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was more reasonable than the place that I used to stay next door.

I didn't like that there was no coffee maker in the room, as I don't usually eat breakfast but like to have coffee while I'm getting up and getting ready. I didn't like that there was no hair dryer. Had to walk out of the room with wet hair.

Evening and Night staff friendly and polite

Upon check out at 11:30am staff was cold and unbothered. Bed was not nade when we arrived at 8pm after going out after checking in at about 4pm. Staff knocked at 11pm telling us to check out even though we were told check out was 12pm

The breakfast was the best part. Excellent!

Lamps were broken, light 💡 bulbs burned out. I stayed a week, four different rooms. Some had an easy chair, others didn’t. All rooms except for the last needed outlet on both sides of the bed. The first room the carpet was nasty 🤢 stained. The handicap single room was nicest. All bathroom air vents were filthy dusty.
