Couldn’t find room in Leavenworth, so defaulted a little out of town. It happened to be a hot day the first day, so river access a few steps away was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet little beach space and protected water area. The next day was rainy, equally enjoyed the covered second floor porch with tables and chairs. We went tubing one day, staff graciously provided towels. Rooms are outdated, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Nothing. We knew we would overpay for the older room because of the Leavenworth location. Once we accepted that, all was good.

The lady at the front desk was awesome, very welcoming and polite. The whole check in experience was great. The hotel itself is a bit old, but makes it up for the nice comfortable stay. The rooms are old too but you everything you need for a good night's sleep. The view from the room of the river is amazing!!! It is right next to it. No parking issues.

When we checked in the lady was extremely welcoming. Went to our room to assure it was ready, turned on the fireplace, asked if we would need anything else (blankets, etc.) so friendly. There was a patio that butted up to the river that had a table and 2 chairs. She assured there were cushions on the seats. Definitely ABOVE and beyond.

Love sitting by the river in the morning & evenings, very pleasant.

It could use a little attention to the property, but with all the fancy places in town I think it's hard to get help. Through the years have always wanted to stay there, but we were campers at that time.

While this motel is dated, it is extremely clean, fresh linens, super soft towels, comfortable pillows and very kind owners. We had a great stay!

We loved the relaxed atmosphere, sitting on the patio by the river drinking coffee or wine (time dependent) Coffee and snacks in the lobby. Friendly staff. Comfy bed.

Clearly our room was a “smoking” room- but keeping the door open, the fan on helped with that.

being on the river was great, so relaxing and beautiful. The room was okay. beds were comfy. the balcony was the best part of the inn. LOVED THAT!

there were a lot of up keep to be done. the flooring in our bathroom was coming up so they just nailed a strip of wood over it. the window was coming out of the frame, but they did have a stick in it. the entire outside needed .a paint job bad. the pool was not an option as was overgrown with weeds and empty. we were told there would be no housekeeping on Saturday but when we went to check out around 9 am on Sunday no one was around.

Host very friendly, helpful. Gave us more coffee as needed. Beautiful location. good rate for area.

only issue, odd noises from fridge and lamp had issues, loose switch did not allow on or off well and not enough lighting I think. Extra lamp would help.

The river access and view was nice. The room was older but it was clean. We had an emergency arise on the day of our checkout and they were really accommodating with allowing us a bit extra time to checkout. We were really thankful for that.

The lights outside the window were incredibly bright even with the curtain closed. It was a little further from Leavenworth for what we had planned. The hot tub does not work and the place is older but overall it was a great little place to stay.

The staff was amazing! They allowed us to stay in room until our bus was closer to leaving. They helped with all questions and were super friendly
