Wonderful staff. Helpful when we needed it.

When I walked through the lobby from the front door, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the lobby and at the front desk. When I exited the elevator...same strong smell and poor ventilation. Somehow, our toilet got clogged right after we checked in. Called the front desk and asked for assistance. I was told she was the only one there and couldn't help? The next morning, I called down and was told someone would bring a plunger. It was there quickly and problem solved. The nighttime front desk person could have said, "Come down, and I'll get you a plunger." That's better than using the one toilet in our room hoping it doesn't overflow.

room 316very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv channel changer did not work properly and they fixed it. I was disappointed the treadmill in the gym was out of order. Very convenient location and really enjoyed our stay. I would stay at another Holiday Inn if it was up to this standard

Breakfast was good. Room was clean with exception of room 203 carpet needs cleaning. I could smell carpet when entering room. It was on occasion. Pool area was nice. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeways. I enjoyed my stay. I asked a housekeeper and then the front desk staff to clean up a broken bottle in the parking spot next to my vehicle and neither did it. Overall it is likely that I will stay here again because it is central to my Seattle family.

As I said carpet smell indicating a need for deep cleaning of carpet..And no response to request for broken bottle to be cleaned up from parking space.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The mattress of the pull out sofa was a little thin, however, that happens over time. It was slept 2 out of the 3 nights we were there and got decent sleep still.

The snack area was a little spendy. But it is expected when coming unprepared. The hotel isn't a convenience store, so it was nice to have something available until we could get somewhere.

Overall, everything is good. The staff was very courteous, and check-in and check-out were very easy.

The only issue was that the guests above us were walking around. We could feel the footsteps, which interrupted our sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Good for layover or business traveler and value for money. Met all standard requirement. Friendly, Polite and well behave staffs

Breakfast menu is repetitive and a bit salty. Dining area (for breakfast) may not have enough space when the hotel fully book.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was the deciding factor to stay at this hotel. As a family of 7, I felt we saved a lot of money being able to have a full breakfast at the hotel vs going out to eat. The pool only being 4 feet deep was perfect for my children. The location was perfect and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The hot tub was no longer there, although it was advertised in the online pictures.

As every holiday inn express that I've stayed at, clean, comfortable, safe. I love that they have a fridge and microwave! I love how they are always conveniently located. My go to hotel! Always my 1st choice. This one did not disappoint!

Loved it, cinnamon buns were amazing and warm!!! Juice was excellent so were the Eggs and porridge. For a breakfast included this was one of the better ones.

I wish there was a hot tub.

They furnished me with a tub mat that was requested by my daughter/that I needed & it was brand new! Had plenty of toilet paper...the motel on my last trip, had to be asked for twice...there was only a part of a roll in the room! I absolutely LOVED the 3-holder dispenser they have in the shower for the shampoo, conditioner & body soap!!!!! I want one in my apartment!!!!! There were several lamps...so was well lighted. A desktop & comfortable chair so I could easily sit & use my laptop! A nice sized closet...held all the clothes I wanted hung. An iron & ironing board is furnished which I didn't need, but super nice to have available! A hair dryer...will know I don't need to bring mine...NEXT time! ☺ There seemed to be a problem turning off the heater {daughter had turned it on & couldn't turn it off} I didn't want it on, I don't sleep with heat! However, she notified the office anyway, someone came/managed to turn it off, and then they sent a repairman the very next day! And the bed was very comfortable! OH! And my key card worked EVERYTIME with no problems!!! My daughter's key card did not but it turned out to be only needed once. My last stay & that was at another motel......both of our key cards constantly mal-functioned! We found out my room was on the fourth floor & my daughter asked if there was one closer to the bottom floor & they immediately changed my room to the first floor!! I was very impressed!!!!!!!!!!! It came with a second bed {I was staying by myself so it wasn't used} without charging me!!!

They were out of conditioner...but I didn't ask for more...just used my own. I'm sure they would have furnished more IF I'd asked! The shades were a type I'm not used to, someone came immediately & showed me how to use them. I still didn't 'get it' but being on the bottom floor, they were really not needed to be open!
