I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly cleaning staff. I loved the location, a little off the beaten path and quiet, yet close enough to where I needed to be. The bed and other seating surfaces were very comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were used often and appreciated. The Wi-Fi was an unexpected treat.

I usually eat a high protein breakfast and I don't get up very early, so I only tried the breakfast once in my two week stay. There was an excellent breakfast restaurant almost across the street which solved that issue. I was hoping for an exercise bike. Unfortunately, one was not available.

Good price for a decent sized studio with a kitchen when compared to nearby hotels. Free (minimal) breakfast was also served although without gluten free options.

$10 parking was not included in the room price. $40 deposit was taken from our card without prior notification but was refunded - the staff should have mentioned it at check in but did not.

Our stay was very brief. But in that short time, all of the people we encountered at the front desk were professional, welcoming, efficient and very personable! This was our 3rd hotel stay in 3 nights, and this hotel blew the other properties out of the water. The other hotels may have been more luxurious and modern, but your hotel was convenient, easy to park and access our room with ease, and again, your front line employees were extraordinary! Thank you!

The room condition was dated and tired looking. But it was clean and comfortable. We just moved to Mukilteo from Los Angeles. We would love to recommend you to our friends and family, but may hold off until you update the rooms.

The staff did the absolute best job at catering to our every want and need. From easy conversation during check in to finding us boardgames and a blender at 1 am on Christmas Day, the staff is amazing.

Every time I stay I find the previous occupants lost "treasures" under the bed.

The sofa bed was awful! Needs new mattress. We also had to call for linens and pillows. Nothing was stored in room. Though there was space for it.

Studio room is very convenient including the mini kitchen and sofa . The grounds are lovely and private, very Pacific NW. The ferry is nearby.

We love it here, but noticed some deterioration of room facilities eg. burned out lights, cupboard door off its hinges.

The location was good. I traveled two days by Ferry to Whidbey Island for a family get-together. It was the most accessible place for Ferry Traffic.

There was a small leak by the toilet. I told the staff during checkout and they added it to their list.

Parking was way to crowded for the apartment style stay. Our family didn’t enjoy the apartment style.
