The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining everything even telling us the events going on in town. The room was larger then I had thought and was exactly what we needed for the weekend! We had the jetted tub in the room and it was wonderfully hot and was nice to have in the room! The parking all the way around was very convenient especially with having multiple entrances close by the room and to the parking! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and we thought the Waffle station was a cute addition! Favorite part has to be the minigolf, which was so much fun!! Check out was incredibly laid back and not time consuming.

There were some nails in the back parking but I believe that was from the recent construction not the hotel itself. Also a part of the golf course, a pipe leading under the ground, is broken making that particular one more difficult to play.

The breakfast the staff served was beyond expectation. The food was delicious. The room was very clean. Beverages was on point. But due to understaff we couldn’t get enough coffee. There was only one very nice staff worker that could have help at one point because guests were pouring in.

We were right on the beach. Our room had a sliding glass door with an area we could’ve sat and watch the ocean but we could not see through the brush and trees.

The breakfast was fantastic. Great variety of food. Very clean and large area.

Upgraded to a higher floor to have a view of the ocean. Disappointed that the ocean was so far away and not within our walking distance. We thought we would be on the SHORE however and able to walk along the beach and hear the waves at night. not even close but OUR mistake….the hot tub jets were not working and the pool was not very clean.

the hot and cold on the vanity sink were opposite to what they should be. a lot of drywall repair.

Room size is ok. Everything looks clean. Breakfast is standard continental. The restroom has ample supplies of toiletries. And, there is an actual exhaust fan for those who are wondering.

You need to get to breakfast earlier lest you miss the sausage. Also, our room was missing the closet for hanging things and clothes iron. The staff was not aware there was at least one room missing these standard features. But when requested, they happily got us an iron, and even a pair of scissors.

The beds were so comfy and they had a great breakfast. The housekeeping staff was so polite. Parking was ample.

We had a room looking at the ocean but our slider glass and the room windows and the deck pane were needing a good cleaning. We had a table for dining but only one chair. We asked for a second chair but never got one but we managed. It would be good if they checked the room and cleaned the deck glass as an ocean view is more money. Also they have a loveseat couch that needs to go to the good will because it’s cushions were so soft and worn. We are seniors and by not expecting this sitting down could have caused us an injury to our backs. All this being said, we will come back but I’ll bring a roll of paper towel and glass cleaner. ❤️

I thought the room was beautiful. It exceeded my expectations of quality considering the reviews were mostly 3 star. I had no issues with my room. It was clean, beautiful, and had good lighting. The pool was the best part, though. I loved that it was kind of warm inside the pool room (it was cold outside!!) and the hot tub was GREAT. You could press a button to activate the jets for a period of time as well. The best part for sure was breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels including the Hilton inns but this breakfast was MUCH better! They had waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, potato patties, bacon, really good sausage, orange and apple juice, etc. So good.

The view was great. Breakfast was wonderful and better than expected. Perfect for starting the day with our big family.

Check in was difficult. Room wasn’t ready even though check in was 4pm. Almost didn’t get the top 3rd room we already paid for. It worked out but was a rough start. Also the grounds were dirty with trash that no one was cleaning up.

Jamie was a delight and helpful. Had an amazing room, even with the active renovations. Love how hot the water gets. The layout is great, the pool smelled amazing. cannot wait to come back.

Shower head pressure. Absolutely one of the worst showers I have had in the last five years. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were overcooked, so dry.

The staff was very friendly and helpful tending to our needs. Breakfast area was very well stocked, clean, the food was good, and the staff was very attentive to bring out more food. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though we were located next to the breakfast room. The bed was very comfortable even more so than more expensive locations we have stayed. The location is amazing with trails to the beach as well as centrally located to be able to walk to anywhere on "the strip" with a superb tap-house located basically in the parking lot. These are all the things that keep us coming back to this location at least one a year and most years more than once.

The AC didn't work very well however being October I'm not sure if the AC units are deactivated as the are rarely needed this time of year it was just very unusual weather. There were a few facility items that could be better maintained however non of those items affected our comfort or stay in any way.
