Location. The staff. The cleanliness. The breakfast. The housekeeping service and response time. The check in and check out times.

I couldn't stay longer. It was my first visit - I took in a lot however there's some things I might have missed....if I had to pick something, I guess it would be, the remote controls to the TVs weren't in a "this has been sanitized" bag....I didn't want to pay over $119/nt but couldn't find much in that price range that wasn't questionable.... the rate for what I experienced is priced spot on.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My room had curtains that were mainly for show and didn't close. The street lights hit my room, which made getting a decent night's sleep hard. The curtain was the only problem. By the time I was able to notice, I was already unpacked and freshly showered, so changing rooms was a bit late. Was embarrassed to ask for a different room.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Location is great.

My initial reservation for a suite was not correct when I arrived at the hotel. It was shown as a regular 2 queen. (I have booked the same room, the same way for the last 4 years)The person at the front desk said they did not have a suite but would put a roll away in the room. Two days after we checked out I got a $10.00 charge for it.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Easy to access the hotel from the surrounding area.

The beds were, in my opinion, too hard. Those of us who are older, with arthritis, find hard beds difficult to sleep on without joint aches and pains. Having some rooms with softer beds would be a Godsend to us.

Didn't like under emenities provide airport transportation that is why I made reservations at the hotel, front desk girl stated we don't have that , toldl her it was on the website, she said no it's not, didn't believe me. I had to pay for a shuttle (Execar) to take me to the airport.

This is our second stay at this facility. We need easy access to the Good Samaritan Hospital and this Fairfield is perfectly situated. But we also need cleanliness and to be safe from exposure to disease and the Fairfield Marriott can be relied upon to provide a clean and safe facility. And we need comfort, which our room generously provided. We love diving into the clean, fresh bedding on our cloud-like beds! In addition, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I expect that we will return to the Fairfield Marriott again and again!

We were very satisfied. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

This was my first stay at Fairfield and I loved it! I will definitely stay there in the future! Staff was exceptionally excellent!

Was not thrilled with the Breakfast. Ran out of waffles by 8:30 and I ended just having cold cereal.

The breakfast was good . It was nice that we didn't have to pay for breakfast..I missed the the waffle maker I thought the waffles there would really sweet and I didn't like blueberry compote so I didn't put it on it but the next day they had the ham and egg and cheese croissant and those were really good

The beds need to be changed out for new ones. The week before I was I. The Court yard in in Bellevue Washington I know that this hotel is older we were in room 509 and the beds in that room should be changed out.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, ample free parking.

The blanket was thin and not warm enough, I had to ask front desk staff for an extra. The soundproofing between rooms could have been better.

I liked the cleanliness and the rooms

The AC never stayed on it seemed to have a timer and the shower curtains allowed water on the floor. The bedroom also did not have additional blankets in the closet beyond a thin sheet
