So clean and comfortable. The King Studio is such a good room for multiple nights. Location was perfect for our needs.

The pet area was only dirt and plants. Not having any grass or turf was a challenge for our dog. And the pet areas are right under the windows of rooms so that felt weird. Hoping with the new remodel they will add a nice pet area. A few shady characters crossing through the property late at night wasn’t great.

The staff are very customer-focused and friendly. We have relatives nearby and have stayed here before since the hotel is also centrally located and convenient. They provide travel bags for early airport travel. It is close to the regional hospital also.

The snacks were priced high compared to the local stores. They are undergoing construction but noise was kept to a minimum.

My wife ate breakfast and she was very complimentary of the quality and convenience. In general, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, especially Justin (4/15 pm & 4/16 pm) who was genuinely friendly and had good and helpful advice in response to questions we asked him.

The only thing that was difficult was entering off Merridian when approaching from the west with eastbound traffic and obstacles preventing a left turn into the inn. We had to drive east to where we could make a left/u-turn to approach and enter the inn driveway from the east. It would have helped to know this in advance.

Cleanliness of the breakfast area is always our concern. Tee did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean, the food well stocked and the cooked items hot. She was constantly checking all areas to keep them neat and clean.

Parking could be difficult at times.

How spacious the room was and that I could bring my pets and still stay in a nice place. Also it was 4th of July and we didn't have to worry about the noise because there was very little.

The only thing I didnt like was the view in my room was horrible because it looked like trash because of the sheetrock and construction going on.

The staff is great, and very helpful with any needs or wants. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean and a wonderful way to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and there free breakfast is more of a buffet, with so much delicious food! I give this place 5 🌟

The price was a little high, but well worth it.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. our room was a nice size and beds were comfortable.

We had ants in our room thanks to an overlooked previous guest’s breakfast left behind, missed by cleaning staff. Since we were there for just one night and we were exhausted after traveling and a tennis tournament, we dealt with the issue and the. reported the problem at checkout. The front desk staff assured they’d have the issue addressed for the next guest.

The staff is super friendly. Buffet breakfast is longer than most places I've been to, 6am - 10am. Very delicious and filling. Variety flavor waffles each morning. Hot tub as well as heated pool. I would definitely stay here again!!

I didn't realize there was multiple kinds of rooms for people with disabilities and I selected the wrong type but they were able to get me the correct room I had wanted, to me it's that kind of customer service that make the stay better, plus the little extras everywhere you look, automatic blinds on windows, nice decor throughout hotel, coupons for eating out avail on the table on main floor, fresh coffee in lobby, breakfast was far better then we expected and even had different selections the next day, the kitchen staff were on the ball with keeping breakfast items stocked and tidy, the extra security of having a gated parking garage avail, check out of 12:00 is a bonus too. Location, comfort, we were very pleased with our stay here.

There was a constant line waiting for the fresh waffles so a second machine would help speed up the wait. We had a little trouble figuring out the heat/ac controls in our room, every time we thought we changed it to a certain temp it would turn on but then later didn't maintain the temp we thought we set so got really warm overnight. Not the hotels fault but location has heavy traffic and sirens going by along Meridian several times during the night, being a holiday weekend might have had something to do with that though.

Front desk trying to be as accommodating as possible. Being able to use a digital key is so helpful.

Housekeeping seemed understaffed. Made one attempt to clean in the morning 9am but never came back. Also asked for additional toiletries in the evening but no one was available, so went to front desk and they helped (but had to leave counter).
