The breakfast was a typical serve yourself hotel breakfast, and the hours it was available was very good. I loaded up some plates and took the items back to our room for my wife and me so that she could get ready for the day out.

I could not get the T V to work. I first called down to the front desk and asked for help, but still, I could not get the T V to work. Then I took the remote down to the front desk and asked if I was doing something wrong. The lady at the desk got the lobby T V to work showing me what to do and I told her that I was doing all the same things. So, I went back up to our room and that was when I started looking behind the T V and I noticed that the main power cord had been unplugged and was laying on the floor. I plugged it in to the power outlet and after that the T V worked fine.

The breakfast bar was good with a nice variety of choices. The room was nice, but needed a few more items for the functioning kitchen. the bedding was new and very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The outside space could use an uplift and better pet relief space. The keys were a bit troublesome.

Room size, comfort of the bed, sitting area in room, cleanliness of bathroom, not noisy at all.

The breakfast selections were pretty lackluster. If you are only going to offer plain instant oatmeal, at least offer toppings like brown sugar, walnuts, raisins, etc.

The hotel was clean and took security precautions so I felt safe. Breakfast was predictable but fresh. Location enabled us to drive into Seattle without using a toll bridge or the freeway.

The homeless camp in the next block and hookers walked the street 2 blocks down

The staff was very friendly, check in and check out were super fast and easy, the room and bed were spcious, and the free breakfast was great. Definitely a great value and find.

The staff was sooo kind. The room was the nicest i have stayed in in a while. Don’t look at this 2 star rated hotel with caution. This was the best stay we have ever had in Portland and will stay here every time we visit!

Great location close to shops easy access to all conveniences,attended a funeral and the funeral home was an easy 3 minute drive, also easy access to freeway and restaurants. Particularly liked the late - noon checkout.

Perhaps refurbishing the property is now due.

It was very nice & staff were very informative

It wasn’t close to any major restaurants or tourist sites. But with the information from staff we took the local bus to the Space Needle & restaurant

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Always ready to help and providing service with a smile.. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a big supermarket within walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.

It's a good hotel if you don't have too much expectations

The breakfast area was small. Because of that, some guests had to eat in the lobby. The sausages were super greasy. My room was ok and spacious. But I find it expensive for this kind of hotel
