Close to many dining options. Loved that we could walk to Pasquale's, a nice Italian restaurant. Pool and fitness room were also a great plus.

A large group of student came down to breakfast as we did. Only one person was there to restock/clean the breakfast area. I felt terrible for her... I suppose the hotel knew they were coming, it would have been nice to have extra help on hand. Our breakfast was definitely not a pleasant experience.

Clean. Nice. They had cookies at night and let us borrow a snow brush in the morning. Tom news great.

I asked for a room on the lower floor as I have a dog and was confirmed they my request was approved yet at the check in desk the clerk said that they never received the request.

The locations was amazing - the Staff were exceptional- helpful- personable- very welcoming- Cant say enough good things about the team you have there- rooms nice size- dog friendly - clean -

the bathroom was outdated- there was paint peeling on the ceiling and rusted vents-

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, quality personal care products, nice pool. Breakfast included.

Nothing- except for a late night noisy guest in the hallway (not the fault of the hotel; could happen anywhere.) Also- could possibly update room carpet.

The location was very good, right off the expressway, and restaurants were either within walking distance, or about 2 minutes away

My only issue really is with the pillows on the beds. They were very comfortable, but the fact that the pillows only had pillowcases and no pillow protectors was a bit icky, as some of the pillows were noticeably stained

Hampton's facilities architects could do a better job of selecting bathroom toilets that are'nt designed for kindergartners. Too Low. Uncomfortable. Almost need help getting up/off.

Great place- my only issue was the guest laundry. Had a very bad smell and I didn’t want to use it to clean my family’s clothes. Other than that we had a great stay! Very friendly staff.

Staff members were great during my stay and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with tv channels not working late into the night but my stay was pleasant. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed making waffles every morning and swimming in the pool. Restaurants and gas stations are within walking distance from the hotel.

Close to I-77, our travel road. Great food nearby, not just fast food. Went to Pasquales for dinner. Breakfast was well stocked with staff available and looking to meet everyone's needs by asking if everyone needed anything more.

Booking.com .... I thought I booked a suite as we had 3 adults and 2 kids. But it was a Double and the staff brought a roll away bed that fit easily.

Staff was wonderful, especially Brittany, who went above and beyond the call in being helpful to us. Very grateful to her for helping our family have such a successful stay.
