Breakfast was adequate for travelers. Room looked clean. No odors. Walking distance to good food options.

Both my husband and I woke up with Insect bites of some sort. Could not find bed bugs. Did notice that this hotel is Pet friendly. I am allergic to flea bites. Thinking my bites are flea bites, as they are behaving as such. Mentioned it at check out, got a shrug.

Staff was great & welcoming! Rooms were clean.. Nicely put together.. Nice and clean and friendly staff..And it WAS NOT NOISY as some comments have stated. Our family slept just fine! Thnx Tru staff for everything!

There was no microwave in the room and no ice machine on every floor. Guest have to walk down to main level to reach those. Didn’t really get any knowledge of where certain things were but we just read the signs and followed.

I liked the rooms and work areas in the lobby. I enjoyed the complementary water for Hilton Honors members. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions about local restaurants.

There was nothing that I did not like during my stay at the hotel. I would stay again when in town visiting family. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Booking.com totally messed up the reservation. We arrived after a long day on the road to find no reservation, even though we had paid in full. Booking.com customer service took one whole hour to resolve the problem so that we didn't get checked into our room until 10 pm. This is unacceptable and Booking.com needs to fix their deplorable booking system.

this is a comfortable, clean, new facility with hanging chairs and lots of seating space in the lobby. the breakfast has a lot of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a water refilling station with filtered water, as we drink a lot of water. the rooms have liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for your convenience.

Great sized room, clean and updated, with amazing blackout curtains and all the thoughtful touches for an overnight stay. Basic breakfast that started our day off right. Would definitely stay here again.

Mattress was very flat and stiff but that luxurious pillows and linens made up for it.

The decor of the hotel was very modern and different but very pleasing. Our room was very comfortable but not sure if I like the no closet concept . The location was easily accessible to restaurants and to New River Gorge National Park.

This is trivial but we would enjoy some better cold cereal options at breakfast. We did really like the pancake maker.

Did not like that breakfast ran out this stay before the 9am stop time that was given- no eggs and pancakes. Talked to staff about it and there were some delivery/ repair issues- however, since it's advertised- considerations should made. Staff received feedback well.

Great Fresh fruit, orange and banana. excellent coffee and raisin bagel and bacon. Front desk very friendly at check in and signed me up for loyalty program. Also great staff at the breakfast area and check out.

The cutlery, i hate eating with plastic

We were just traveling through, quick turnaround, just needed a good night sleep so we could get back on the road. Perfect place for that, everyone was friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was nice and we were able to get back on the road early in the morning no hassles.

Everything was great, no complaints.
