Our family stayed for 3 days while in town for a swim meet. The suite style room was what made this hotel stand out. We were able to cook and eat our meals in the kitchenette. It made the stay feel more like home not having to have food in the sleeping area. It also provided a buffer between the sleeping room and the hallway.

The primary thing I was disappointed with was that there was no dish soap or washcloths to wash the dishes they provided in the suite. We found dirty dishes in the cupboards. I asked the cleaning staff if they had dish soap and I was told they didn’t. I asked the front desk and they said I could go buy some at the gas station next door. How do they clean the dishes after a guest leaves if there is no soap?

The hotel was extremely clean. The location is good. Lots of food options and shopping if that's what you're into.

The staff wasn't that polite, almost like I was bothering them to ask a question l. There was some type of children's event going on in town, and the hotel was full of angry moms and very disrespectful children. BUT I understand this is not the hotels fault. But the extra noise made sleeping a little unpleasant.

I booked this room online because I loved the price and I loved the idea of breakfast in the morning. It absoluted exceeded my expectations of breakfast as there was so much to choose from! Bisquits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, bagels, fruit and a waffle machine where you could make your own waffles! There was fresh coffee and array of juices with a nice dining area. It was fun for the teenagers I had with me to serve themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and filled up before heading back home to Missouri. I especially appreciated the location as it was right off the highway. We were coming from Six Flags in Gurnee IL about which was only about 20minures away from there. We were tired from the days adventures so it nice to quickly settle in for the night! The front desk lady was nice and I asked her for an extra blanket which she got for me. The heated indoor pool was nice for a morning swim anf our room was spaciacious and clean. Great value for the price. We were very pleased and we would like to stay there again! 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the fold out bed/cot wich was very uncomfortable to me and for me personally, I didnt sleep well, however I was still very grateful for the fact that I got to sleep in a sperated area apart from the teenagers who were excited to stay up late. When I wanted to turn in early I was able to close the door to the adjacent room and go to sleep.

The breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff was sweet. The beds were comfy.

The toilet and sink drain in our room drained very slowly. The pullout couch was small. The woman who checked me in was rude.

Our room was huge! Really helped having the two bedrooms when you are traveling with kids. The pool was perfect for smaller children as it was mostly shallow. And the price we paid for the room was unbeatable. For what we got, we would have paid twice that amount in this area. Thank you!

The bed was fine, but the matters pad on the bed was too small for a queen it was for a full-size bed. So the mattress pad moved all the time and made it feel like you were sleeping on rocks and viens. Didn't rest well.

I love this place & I love the area! Rooms are a good size, and totally worth the value. Customer service was great! Breakfast was decent. Better than most hotels. 😁

Breakfast was great. The gal who works the breakfast Area is very through, keeps things well stocked and clean. She does a fantastic job. Staff was pleasant, room met our needs an was very comfortable.

Everything was great, no complaints.

My kids were able to enjoy the swimming pool at night time is open not like other places that keep it close as excuse for the pandemic

Breakfast was ok enough food to choose for free specially for the kiddos freach toast waffles fruit yogurt apple juice orange juice eggs sausage toast raisin bread coffee tea cereals muffins 😋

It was kind of late in the evening and we asked for additional coffee cream and there was none left and the guy at the front counter kind of gave us an attitude and treated us almost like we're a bunch of teenagers. More like very condescending
