the hotel is well kept - rooms are spotless - when I noticed the hair drier was broken the front desk imediately provided another one - brand new still in a box. Breakfast was plenty of choices - very good indeed. In the morning we could see the staff from the kitchen working to replenish things, taking care of every detail. The hotel is located in a quiet place, no traffic noises and disturbances from crowded places. Beds were comfy and bed sheets were nice. I would return definetely!

Despite the fact that we were a couple and we had 4 sets of towels - which is good - one set was really a small set of towels. They could improve the quality of such things.

The breakfast was very good. A lot of good choices, the staff continuously restocked items. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff worked with me to cancel one of the rooms that I had reserved. That was great. But when I got back home I noticed I was still charged for that 2nd room. It have been almost a month since then and I am still waiting for refund on that room that I received a cancellation to. That will affect if I choose to return to this facility again.

We enjoy staying here because it is quiet and the staff in the past have always been very nice and helpful and the breakfast selection is great. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

The gentleman who checked me in did not greet me and only asked for my name. Not very hospitable. By contrast, the lady who checked me out was very nice. When we came for breakfast at 08:45 am the food had not been replenished and no one was available to ask. The food was eventually replenished at 09:30 am. The grounds look neglected and sorely need weeding. Not a good visual picture and makes you wonder what else is being neglected.

This is an older building, but it was spotless-- in the lobby, hallways and my room. Very, very clean. I was very impressed. Traveled on Thanksgiving weekend, and didn't hear a sound the night I stayed here. Would definitely stay here again.

While I slept well, the bed was a little firmer than I preferred, but that is a minor concern, and would not stop me from booking here again.

I noticed the people at the front desk were hard workers--helping with housekeeping and snow shoveling too. They also helped me with my questions about accommodating my family as we gathered to go to a funeral in the area. The lobby looks very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Beds very comfy, rooms quiet, clean, and up-to-date. Pool is larger than I expected. Price was very good value.

It seems that all hotels and restaurants are short-staffed at this time. I wish other travelers would be more patient and appreciative of places like these which are trying to do their best.

Staff is wonderful. Well kept, clean and good location.

I liked the property but the room rate on the weekend of June 24 was way too extreme . We’ve stayed there recently before on a Saturday night and the rate was much lower and reasonably priced. I was very disappointed in their rate. I’m not sure we will stay there again mainly due to the rate. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Beds and room are comfortable

I would stay there more often but your hotel does not allow large dogs, only allow small dogs. Our pet is the most well behaved and I am willing to pay extra for the dog hair that needs to be cleaned up.

The hot and cold breakfast is the best I’ve experienced in a few years. Variety. Appearance. All top notch! Every staff member I was in contact with was the best example of the best in the business.

Refrigerator in the cabinet could use updating. Or a freezer. No real complaint though.

I liked everything the way the staff was welcoming and helpful at breakfast theyput cartoons on formy kids and them happy and they were very helpful

The breakfast choices were outstanding. The layout was impeccable! The staff should be proud of the appearance and taste of all the choices.

Far exceeds any other stay i've had in the area. No changes for me.
