The staff was helpful & kind. The hotel offered lots of activities included with the stay. There were also plenty of places to spend time outside of the room - indoor and outdoor lounges, etc.

The temperature control was not great. We were on the second (and highest) floor and it was always a bit too warm. The air conditioning unit didn't work, but they were remolding when we went so that could be why.

The rooms were recently updated. Bed was very comfortable. The pool area was warm and clean! The staff was all friendly and very helpful!

Wasn't a fan of the plank flooring in rooms, but considering the area I understand why. But having an infant crawling the floor was cold and dirty.

We REALLY liked that the temperature was cool in the room (as we are winter people). The view from the balcony was fun, and it was nice to be able to go outside for fresh air. It was greatly appreciated that there were notices up that people were NOT TO smoke on the balconies as well as in the rooms.

Our room was right above the bar and we could hear the music and the people up until the bar closed.

Excellent customer service, we asked many questions over the phone before arriving, and every staff member was patient and kind with answering our many questions! We arrived later in the evening, the front desk had everything ready for us and welcomed me by name! They made sure we had time for to be in the pool and order from the restaurant/bar before closing. Our stay was quick but very memorable, definitely looking forword to returning in the future for a longer stay!

We love this little resort on the lake! The lakeside rooms have a wonderful view, as does the bar. The food is great and the staff are incredibly friendly. We come back every year!

Only bummer is that they got rid of the pool table in the bar.

I was searching for a reasonably priced motel when I came across this one. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave and there was a small grocery story just up the road a couple of blocks. They also have a lounge on site that serves some cooked food, but I liked having the option. It was on the lake, with a deck looking out onto it. I felt it was a great find, and frankly, underpriced. If I get to that part of Wisconsin again, I would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place to stay for our friends wedding. I bet it's really fun in the warmer months. Megan who works in the bar was a super fun person! I'd come back to hang out with her!

The food both at the bar ans breakfast was not awesome. Opening hostess mini doughnuts and putting them in a bowl is not a breakfast. Pizza at the bar was no good, not worth the $18 we paid for it.

The few kayaks and paddle boards made the stay! We loved getting out on the water!

Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the frozen eggs and many many plastic baggies that were used weren’t great.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The refridgerator and microwave was awesome. The pool and hot tub was a pleasure. This was a very peaceful stay to include a visit by the local deer. We will be staying here again!!!

It was ok…selections were few. We were going to be leaving early so glad to grab bottle of juice and a yogurt to go. We were told it would be “what you see is what you get”😃.

Our room was very close to the bar, which was open until midnight. We could hear the music and talking and laughing until closing.
