This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Check in was super quick and easy. The room was a good size, and I really liked that the floors were laminate instead of carpet. The beds were surprisingly comfy (at least in my opinion) and I had a restful sleep.

The shower head didnt have a very powerful spray in our room. I wish the continental breakfast had a few more options. And the curtains in our room were a little old and dingy, but they did keep out the light so I suppose they served their purpose and thats really all that matters.

The staff were nice. The free breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom didn't drain very fast which they were going to fix after we left. The beds are lightweight so they move sometimes when you lay or sit on them. The treadmill had some issues.

Lobby is very welcoming. they had treats for my dog. Friendly staff, very clean, elevator, dining area was very clean, lots of staff members around to help if needed.

It was easy to find. The room was clean and the Staff helpful. Very comfortable bed.

The breakfast didn't provide warm food. Just the standard grab and go food. Because the room is so small it was hard to find a place to have my open suitcase that didn't feel in the way.

It was cleaning and easy access back to the freeway. Arrived at the hotel a little after midnight went to get the room asked front desk if I can have room on first floor because I had two sleeping kids. She accommodated my request. Went into the room and it was clean and felt cozy. Put kids to bed and I climbed into bed and surprised that the beds where soft and comfortable. Slept really well and so did the kids. Morning front clerk was nice and positive attitude. Would stay again if I’m traveling that way

Easy access, elevator to our floor, comfortable beds, and pillows. Plenty of storage.

Highway noise, Breakfast selection was adequate but a bit limited.

The room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable. The shower had sufficent water pressure. The general appearance and color of the building had good eye appeal.

They didn't have any decaf coffee ready, but very readily offered to make some. We had it in a very few minutes. They had good selection of cold cereals.

Fresh baked cookies at the front desk! Delicious! I’ve stayed at this hotel frequently and it’s easy to get to, quiet, clean.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I needed to book a handicap room. It was very adequate for my needs and much appreciated.

did not stay for breakfast. traveled across state for event only to have it cancelled. Used room to take nap and freshen up. when leaving told clerk room was available. Very impressed with clerk. Called 5 minutes into my return trip to confirm that Microtel had met expectations. Have used other facilities that could care less once they have your money. Very nice.
