I liked that it was right off the freeway and had good parking. The hotel was clean and felt new. Breakfast had enough items to fill us up. The soap provided in the room was branded and they really made sure that it was reusable.

The concierge desk was mostly empty. No idea of knowing if anyone is there to help us. There were no instructions on how to work the tv in the room. We couldn't connect our device to the tv for streaming. The temperature inside the room was always too hot. The bathroom door would not lock. The pool room was tiny and hot. No microwave in the breakfast room to heat up oatmeal.

Very clean facility and friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities.

We had a handicap room which I needed. The shower drain had a recessed bowl shaped drain which I didn’t notice and consequently I fell when stepping in. Staff was called and they immediately came to help. Suggest they mark this recess drain for future visitors as it was very slippery.

Breakfast was always full and offered a variety of hot food items. The employee kept items full so there was no waiting. Very clean! The young lady who was checking in a tour bus was very helpful and remained calm even though some visitors had issues with their rooms.

Water from pool by elevators. Not everyone eats egg white omelets possibly offer cheese and egg omelets as well.

Clean room, quiet, new and well-appointed facility, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great experience overall!

There were two small things: 1. The heating/cooling system in our room was finicky and loud. 2. Breakfast lacked healthier options. Most places have oatmeal and a few more fruit options than we found at this location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building and rooms were spotless and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept on. I love that you can check out or extend your stay right from the television screen.

I didn't like that the television wouldn't let me connect to my laptop without having certain apps installed. There was not a lot of channels to choose from.

Breakfast is great. Such a wide variety to choose from. Staff is so friendly. Especially Brianna who assisted us and followed up the next day to find out if our situation was sorted Rooms are nice and spacious.

Super clean. Way better value than staying downtown Milwaukee. Free parking. Rooms are spacious. Shower is lovely, nice water pressure. Big, comfy beds. We keep booking this place because it exceeds our expectations and the value is simply unmatchable.

The sensor at the entrance keeps opening the door when you're a guest at the front desk. Easy fix! Would also love the option NOT to have breakfast included for lower price since we do not partake of this service.

The amenities were amazing! everything from the window curtains to the included breakfast! The smart TVs were amazing. Staff was amazing. Room was comfortable. I plan to stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels just about exclusively from now on.

Newer hotel close to American Family Field! Location is right off 894!

They charge a $50 fee for incidentals that you get back if you don’t use! We never have incidentals so don’t appreciate the extra fee.

I booked a standard room with 2 beds,but we got there it was a king room, second time this has happened first time was in Las Vegas I booked a king suite and we got a standard room with 2 beds
