Breakfast was better than 2 star hotels, they had the typical hard boiled and scrambled eggs, instant oatmeal, but also sausage, potatoes, corn, tortillas and cheese to make a wrap, biscuits with sausage gravy, toaster waffles and pancake machine. We had a triple room with 2 beds and a pull out couch (the pull out was typical not so good mattress), but had a nice long counter at one end with small fridge and microwave and coffee machine, good space to spread out food and make lunches.

For a good size room the bathroom was small. Need tissues in the room. Pull out couch mattress was pretty bad.

Our room was n the second floor and there is no elevator in the building and there was a weird smell in the building. When you open the door, it almost goes directly into the bathroom sink, so it's difficult to get luggage through the door when the sink is in the way. Breakfast was good but the same thing every day gets old real fast.

Room: was missing luggage racks. Had to call the front office and they sent (1) one only up Had to ask for another one. The TV was not responding to the remote control. I Called the office around 8:30pm and the clerk said she would have maintenance come up and look at it. Waited an hour and no one ever came, Went to the front office next morning and was told to try and make sure the connections were tight. Had to all the front office again to have a maintenance person come, who fixed the problem.

The breakfast was great! The location is perfect for taking a walk downtown and to nearby restaurants. It was comfortable, it was nice. I LOVED the fireplace and having a couch to sit on, while reading and writing. Staff was always kind and considerate.

Disappointed that their little store and vending machines did not have chocolate for sale. The crowd at the outdoor hot tub was loud, and staff didn't care if they were there past the 10:00pm close. Noisy at 12:20am. Ski groups constantly coming and going...noisy, party crowd. Not a place to stay if looking for peace and quiet.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during my trip in the states. Great friendly staff, I could burrow bear spray. Swimming pool and spa are great and open untill quite late. Breakfast was very nice too. WiFi also very fast. Just a really special place overall. If you're planning to go to grand tetons, I don't think you can find a better option for this price.

Gym was a bit small and only power rack, no squatting. And toilet was clogged at the final day. The stop on the bath was a bit difficult to close, so it would drain slowly over time.

Convenient location and free breakfast in the morning.

Around 9am on the day of checkout (which was 11am) I was hoping to get some extra sleep since I was getting up so early to snowboard on the other mornings. I heard loud knocking on my door and a guy yelling “hello hello”. It woke me from a sound sleep and couldn’t get back to sleep. Apparently, it was the housekeeping crew wanting to know what time I was checking out. Why? Why? Why? Checkout is at 11am!

The location is excellent and the breakfast in the morning, with shuttles to and from Jackson Hole (Jeff and his cowboy poetry are a national treasure), make this place extra convenient for a ski/snowboard trip.

I don't have any complaints about the 49'er. A few big ski clubs were staying at the hotel at the time and we witnessed some aggressive behavior from members when loading up the shuttle buses. I totally get the excitement over fresh pow but there was plenty of room for everyone on the bus and their behavior was pretty shocking.

Beds were very comfortable. Room air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good.

Would have liked variety at breakfast. Ate six mornings and never had bacon or ham offered, always sausage. Didn’t offer shuttle to airport. Wasn’t close to town for seniors. Luckily the town offered a free service around town that we gladly accepted.

The breakfast was great. They were very allergy sensitive. As a vegan I knew what I could eat, and they also offered gluten free options and asked people not to cross contaminate, for those that need that. I really appreciated that they had oat milk and fruit available all day!

My initial room smelled funny BUT they moved me immediately and upgraded me so I wouldn't have to travel far with my bags AND brought my keys to me. I'm not sure the room always smells; it may have just been that someone cooked fish in the microwave before I arrived. Oh also I had to pick up my microwave and move it in my eventual room because the plug didn't reach the outlet.

We like the fact that it's close to Jackson town. The hotel exceeded our expectation and was very clean. The room is very spacious too perfect for a family of 3-4.Breakfast was ample of selection and the staff ensures that the food never ran out prior breakfast time is over. The only thing to note though that the hotel does not have an elevator but it's not a dealbreaker considering it's just 2 floors. Great stay and would recommend to anyone with family.

No stairs but other than that, it's superb

Breakfast room was very nice with adequate seating for guests. Convenient to rooms. The breakfast menu offered a great selection from pancakes, cereal, yogurt to eggs, sausage, potatoes. Different breads and toasts, etc.. with sausage gravy, muffins, bagels. A variety so everyone should find something I think. Coffee and juices among the beverages.

The good outweighed any negative. The negative being the hotel is older and not as modern as some, but we like that aspect. The room was very clean and adequate. Great hot showers with soap, shampoo, etc. provided. Beds very comfortable with adequate pillows and bedding.
