The staff was so friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice. It was actually pretty quiet for being close to the Interstate. It was also a great rate. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not like the bed. It was too soft. I kept rolling to the edge. I also wished the room had more than 2 bath towels. I used a hand towel to dry my long hair.

This was a typical older Holiday Inn that had been remodeled and was nicely done. The room was very nicely remodeled and comfortable. The front desk clerk at check-in was very nice.

As compared to the included breakfasts that we had at the Holiday Inn Expresses that we stayed at throughout our trip, we had to purchase $5 coupons for a very basic and limited breakfast in the restaurant. I guess that it was worth $5. The waitstaff was very friendly.

Breakfast was not free. You had the option of paying $5 per person and could eat a set item at the attached restaurant. But there were plenty of other fast food places if needed to get on the road.

A free continental breakfast would be better.

When I booked online I was not allowed to make changes to the reservation. However, my movers changed my move date and I needed to come a day early. They changed my reservation despite the no change policy. When I arrived, I was exhausted after a long day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was able to get food right on the premises, which was a welcome relief. The pool was perfect: the atrium was light filled but not stuffy or stinky as some indoor pools can be. I would stay here again!

The first and only Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at that had a partnership with a major restaurant chain—Old Chicago’s. We had supper, some drinks and breakfast w/a $5.00 coupon the next morning! This suddenly became a destination stay….

Everything was better than most

it was nice having Old Chicago linked with the hotel. Did not need to go out and find food after a long day of travel. Breakfast purchased with room was very good and service great.

Parking area is very crowded and hard to find a spot

The room was clean and beds comfortable, the option to buy your breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is a fantastic idea, my family thinks! By far one of the best pools we have seen on our stay during our road trip and breakfast was great too!

A little mishap for noise in the room , but coffee and staff made it great.

Clean! Some amenities that I loved; mini store downstairs charged directly to the room, Old Chicago is literally attached to the hotel & the pool is 24hrs. Great stay. Wonderful staff. Would stay again Also had usb chargers in the room by the bed! Life saver since we all forgot wall adapters 🙌
