Fantastic value, perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet with blackout curtains, so it's a really great night's rest. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of European style and uzbek style options. Wi-fi worked well for Zoom meetings and file uploads. The staff are incredibly professional and went out of their way to help me when there was a technical error with my e-visa, to help me get taxis, etc. They really care about helping tourists. I really appreciate the customer service here more than anything! 100% recommend, 5 stars, will stay again.

Location is a far from the action (20min drive from most sites) but Yandex is readily available for affordable rides.

Nothing really. The best place in Tashkent. The only problem is it’s a bit far from the city center but with Yandex it’s not an issue. Taxis are affordable and available at all times

Very helpful and friendly staff - really helped me out as I had issues with registration which is required when staying in Uzbekistan more than 3 days. My previous hotels did not register me, which caused problems but thankfully the staff contacted the police for me and arranged all the paper work 🙏🏼 thank you again. Spacious rooms Comfy beds Clean Great shower + heated floors. One of my best stays of my travels

I like cleaning room and hotel very beautiful

I didn’t like the same breakfast every day, no refrigerator in the room, no one fixed the faucet in the tub, there was no help from the manager at the reception, i picked up and gave myself things to the laundry through the cleaner. the location is not very convenient, far from everything

Very helpful staff and very clean and spacious room. And they change the towels everyday.

There was no ac inside the bedroom, rather it was place in the sitting room so I can’t close the bedroom door when I went to sleep which affects greatly my sleeping time. And there was no refrigerator in the room. Location is far from the city center.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I was disappointed that the room did not have a fridge, which made storing perishable items challenging. It would be beneficial for guests if this amenity were included in the future.

Nice hotel with friendy Staff. Very clear and spacious room. White towels. Simple but tasty breakfast. Few groceries around. 10-15 min by bus to metro Chilonzor. Use metro or buses whenever you can. Simply scan hour card at reader

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Also, hotel’s breakfast is excellent with variety of food such as omelets, boiled eggs, pizza, stuffed crepes, cooked Uzbek breakfast eggplant dish, dessert, large variety of fresh fruit and a lot more.
