Fantastic views of the bay from the room, the dining area and pool. Walking distance to everything in town. The restaurant was excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. the staff were capable and friendly. they allowed us to check in by 1 and check out by 12 which was handy for our arrival and flight departures.

The sun heats up the room when the curtains are open but if closed you can’t see the view. the aircon worked well enough in the bedroom but didn’t cool the lounge much so might be a an issue for some but we coped fine as kids were in the lounge.

This was our first stay at Chantilly's The view from our balcony room was fantastic, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. If you have a late flight into Port Vila and you need a place to stay before connections, this is a great option. Very easy work into Port Vila shops and the market etc. We had a great night at the Banyan Beach Bar, the pizza was excellent and the drinks cold.

The bathroom was little outdated and a door that exposed the internal plumbing would not close. The lights in the bedroom were very dim.

Supervisors and staff were very friendly and accommodating. My flight to port vila cancelled 2 consecutive days but they didn’t charge me and kept rescheduling the room. Lagoon view from our rooms was awesome. They also helped to book taxis whenever I asked for even late evenings.

We booked 1 bedroom apartment however Aircon was only in master bedroom. It wasn’t pleasant experience to sleep without aircon/fan. They should provide at least pedestal fan in lounge.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Marika on reception who so helpful. She is a great ambassador for Chantilly's. Small beach one minute walk from hotel pool was great. Water was just fabulous . Would suggest anyone going to Vanuatu to take wet shoes for the beaches as being a volcanic island very few if any really sandy beaches. Lots of rocks and stones. The rooms at Chantilly's were very spacious and the view from our rooms balcony was fabulous.

Chantillys did not disappoint. We had done our research and it was as expected. No real downside other than the food was a bit costly but so is everywhere else in Vila

The room we got was a great size with a beautiful view of the water. Our flight was changed and we were able to extend our stay for a late check out (for a fee). Restaurant was great.

Unfortunately there was a very noisy dance party next door going for hours making it very difficult to sleep. We have stayed before in a different room and not had any problems. Next time I would request a room on a different end.

Central to the hubbub of Port Vila with exceptional food and sunset views. Comfortable, good amenities, great restaurant and bar, staff were exceptional. ATM in the foyer is a handy addition.

Above what we expected for Vanuatu. It was not spotless, but the beds were perfect and all floors/surfaces had been cleaned well.

Great location and price, the pool was lovely. The staff were all so nice and all rooms would have a great view too.

Toaster was brand new out of the box but had a euro plug where all the sockets were Australasian and didn't have an adapter with us. One staff member gave us her personal one for a morning but couldn't use it again after that

Really enjoyed my stay at Chantilly's. Great location very close to town and next to the wonderful Banyan beachside bar. Room was very comfortable and even had a little separate desk area that would make a great office for business travellers. Good restaurant and bar, a favourite of my friend who lives in Port Vila. Staff were great and very helpful, organised a taxi to take me to airport for very early morning departure which all went smoothly.

Staff are very friendly. Amazing food! Great rooms. We asked for pickup from the airport but no one collected us, then we asked for a ride to the airport and no one took us - we had to get a taxi. Overall, an amazing place and can’t wait to come back!

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. I would recommend maybe adding a lift as the stairs get very tiring going up and down several times a day. We would also love more sweet items added to the menu like pancakes, crepes or French toast! :)

Great location right on the water front, with a nice pool. Next to the beach bar and their in house bistro, all providing good food/drink options. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced.

The Wifi was patchy and on some days it didn't work all together, meaning there was no back-up for payment as the eftpos facilties were down and the staff insisted on Cash from the ATM with expensive fees.
