I stayed here 3 times while on my holiday. Location is great. Right on the waterfront and only 10 mins walk from the centre. The Tanna plaza just 2 minutes walk in the other direction for good food, and fantastic massage. Rooms were a nice treat in between off grid living. I was lucky to get discounted waterfront rooms which are great but the deck is shared so just be aware. Room are keen, good AC (now that was a treat) and good condition. It is advertised as being sound proof which it is not but in saying that it didn't bother me at all as noise didn't go late. I would definitely stay again. There is a staircase down to the water and considering it is a major harbour the water was clean and clarity great and a great way to watch the sunset. Beer Vouchers at the bar to get happy hour prices all day was good.

Some normal challenges with communication but overall that is fine and we are all just patient and worked out any issues. Take cash - the credit card fee is very high.

The location is perfect, just an 8-minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast is great, as well as meals served in the restaurant. The rooms are ok. The rooms are changed daily on request with fresh cozy beddings.

It would have been great if they included shower gel, because the tiny soap which wa not always replenished does not form well. I put my clothes in the laundry basket provided and told the cleaners to have them washed but they never did it. They should put curtails on the small windows as light pours in very early in the morning before one wakes up

The staff were excellent, welcoming, and kept a watchful eye over my boys. I am very grateful to one staff member who quickly responded to my eldest son when a man followed us back to the hotel from town, she calmly & effectively handled the situation. The location is convenient to walking into town, it was a fairly quiet location for being right at the beginning of town. Our room had wooden shutters which blocked out light from surrounding lights. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was nice to be able to rent a kayak to explore the Harbour.

The property itself seems a bit tired, and worn, our room was right next to a fish tank that smelled bad, and music played in the restaurant/bar, which was right across from our room, until after the kids bedtime.

Location is convenient. Very close to the city centre. Hotel is straight on the waters so thats a plus. Has a pool (for people that like pools) Their dinner menu was really nice and plates werent small at all

Breakfast - not many options as they didnt have eggs for example as you have to order at extra cost Room service - missed cleaning our room twice even though we asked the reception to let them know. And a couple of times they wouldnt fill the coffee/sugar or put soap bars in the room. We had to constantly ask at the reception. Dinner - if you want to order food to be delivered to your room they charge extra (500 vatu)

Loved the location: right on the water, next to the Banyan Bar for sundowners, convenient to the airport and an easy stroll along the waterfront into town. We took full advantage of the infinity pool and enjoyed the complementary tropical fruit breakfasts. The room itself was small (and the bed enormous) and while it was very simple it had everything we needed including a bar fridge, ceiling fan and air con. Staff are lovely. The property overall looks as though it's still recovering from the impacts of covid on tourism and could do with a refurb, but the price reflects that. Excellent value.

Wifi can be slow, which made processing our credit card a little tricky. Sometimes noise was a factor, both from the road outside the resort and children in the pool inside the resort.

Great location Walking distance into town Lovely restaurant, bar, pool, great views. Loved the outdoor eating area. Staff fantastic, especially Lilly Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable Check out was 10am but they allowed us to stay in the room free of charge until 12 so we could use pool and then shower before leaving for airport

Pool was absolutely lovely but needs a grab rail at one side to help some people get in easier. I struggled and in my late 50s but there was also a couple in their 80s and it was so so hard them to get in and out

From the Reception staff to the cleaning staff all very excellent services and comfortable to stay, breakfast and all the menus were all excellent, will always stay at Moorings if there is room available for sure on my next trip and have recommended it highly to family and friends

free beer cards for the first night hahaha, buffet dinners on weekends and some local dancing floor shows would be nice

Location was perfect. The secenic sunsets and good happy hour prices. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to Port Vila city area with lots of eating options nearby. Pool was probably the best in the area and always clean. The deck around the prooperty gave it a real relaxing feeling.

The food at the hotel wasnt really good, but with many eateries just opposite the locatiin it wasnt really a deterent.

We really loved the waterfront position, and the location to town . Perfectly nice rooms, with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were all lovely and accomodating.

Breakfast options could include more fresh fruit, besides that we were happy with everything.

The hotel is well-located, close to the airport (which means cheaper taxi fares), walking distance to the city center and has some nice restaurants around. Rooms have A/C and hot water. The staff is really nice. Rooms have mosquito nets, but they have some holes.

The breakfast is very disappointing, with little variety. The only warm item are pancakes, which are sometimes undercooked. The hotel is by the beach, but the area isn't good for snorkeling. They do have some basic paddle boards and kayaks for rent. WiFi is non-existing in some of the waterfront rooms.
