My daughter and I were absolutely delighted to stay at this beautiful hotel. We had been travelling around Vietnam and wanted a bit of luxury and the Radisson Blu certainly didn't disappoint us. We loved it so much that we didn't really want to leave. Everything was perfect, the staff were amazing, our room on the 6th floor was beautiful with a fantastic view of the sea and the wonderful gardens. The food was excellent and even better that they catered for my dairy and gluten intolerance. We really were so happy there. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Nha Trang every afternoon and they also provided us with free transport to the airport when we sadly had to leave. Couldn't wish for a nicer place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

To start with the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They all went out of their way to make sure my stay goes smoothly. Special thanks to Kien from F&B and Trang from Front-Desk for always checking about my stay in a very friendly and courteous manner. Also the room was perfect with a good size and an incredible view straight on the sea. The resort itself is an oasis of peace and calm which was exactly what I needed on this trip. Everything was so good that I cut my stay short in Nha Trang (very noisy and chaotic city, crawling with tourists) and I booked a second stay in Radisson in order to finish my visit in Vietnam.

Amazing resort with everything you need for a relaxing remote holiday. We didn’t have to leave the resort which is what we wanted from this particular trip. Great food and friendly staff.

Was asked to sign up for Raddison Rewards program for 10%discount off food and beverages purchased. When checking out I asked why my discount wasn’t applied to my f&b bill and was told that “you have to tell each staff member that you are a rewards program customer for them to apply the discount to every transaction” - not a great service for priority customers and defeats the purpose of a rewards program!

We stayed in one of the pool villas and it was amazing! It was like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The perfect way to end our 4 week stay in Vietnam. The buffet breakfast which was included in the price was without doubt the best we had, so much on offer. The pool was great. And the restaurant Blu Lobster is amazing, we ate there twice. Make sure you watch the sunrise as well, stunning.

One small complaint, they were unable to give us a complimentary 2pm checkout, so we booked the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport at 1 for a 3.45 flight. The man then told us we dont need that much time to be at the airport. And tried pushing us back to 2. We compromised for 1.45. But had to sit in the lobby bored out of our minds, at least at the airport there are things to look at and we could have got lunch. And I like to mot be rushed at the airport Always go with what you want. Kind of ruined our stay a bit

The room was absolutely beautiful, and their staff made us feel super welcomed. They were also able to accomodate 2 hrs earlier of check in, which im greatful for. Tip: their chicken tortilla dish is really good and it was a great lunch for 2 ppl.

I wish they would have more than 1 restaurant open or include live music on days like mon-thur, as not everyone stays here until the weekend and it can be boring in the evenings. Also, they should have a kiosk/bar in the beach area. We wanted to spend more time there but would leave as you get hot and thirsty with nothing to buy close by.

The hotel is amazing, the facilities and the area are stunning! We've been welcomed by the director himself, and what we liked the most was that we came with a newborn and the room was really comfortable, we will definitely come back.

The staff at the breakfast area is not good, you ask for a spoon the staff tells you that there is no more spoon and run away... The checkout is really chaotic it took us 35 min to be checked out cause we raised or voices , you should do a fast checkout line, especially when the stay is already paid!

Beach front with all rooms in main hotel block all sea facing. All staff that we encountered were extremely courteous & wonderful . front office staff Thuyen (Vivian) has been very helpful :) The well equipped gym with its floor to ceiling glass offers great views of the ocean. However, in month of June, the heat can be extreme even early mornings around 7 am - would be better if there are blinds /screens that can provided some shield from the heat and to keep the gym cool.

Limited F & B options only Blu Lobster available at dinner on most weekdays and Sunrise only available for theme buffet dinner on Thu-Sun. No a la carte options at Sunrise if you do not wish to take up the buffet dinner option. Suggest hotel to do away with small shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in plastic packaging and install these amenities in the shower.

All the staff was very helpful and super nice. They'll assit you right away just after a call. We book villa with private pool and could tell pH from the water is not too high which i really like it. Breakfast was good and lucky that they have shuttle bus go to Nha Trang city or pick up from the airport, super easy and convinence for us. And to compare with another resort that i have research, this one was reasonable.

You can't swimming at the beach, the wave is too heavy. But it's not a big deal for me.

Magnificent view to the ocean from the balcony. All facilities are of five-star standards. Breakfast is the best out of all the hotels we have stayed. The rooms are spacious and there are a lot of open spaces around the resort. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. This was the second time we chose this resort and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Check-in process should be more efficient. I was forgotten at the tea table after one male staff told me that I need to wait for the reception.

Facilities were modern, well maintained, comprehensive.

Was directed to pool by front desk staff to buy drinks. After waiting 5 minutes for staff to appear, a groundsman noticed and helped out by going to find someone to serve me. At breakfast, I was waiting at the counter for a coffee. I waited, then sadly, the coffee maker had to interrupt her phone call to serve me. This was the most expensive of the 6 hotels I stayed in for the SE Asian trip I was on, but unexpectedly, it had the worst service.
