It was a beautiful location and villa. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea for free. The service is great. You may ask for assistance any time and they will help you. One of the hotel employees has friends where we booked an easyrider tour. Han and Liam came to pick us up with their motorbikes. We had a lovely day. Thanks a lot for everything.

One minor detail. It is a bit difficult to use the hairdryer. In the bathroom there is no electricity so you have to use the wall outlet near the mirror but then you have to sit on the floor to dry your hair because the cord is not long enough.

The property is beautiful. Each of the villas are lovely and the walkways are very nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly & even messaged me when our room was ready so that we didn’t have to wait until 2pm to check in (I had asked that they message when the room was ready). The staff drove us around the property on check in & out (meaning we didn’t have to carry our bags) & drove us around when it was raining. We got the Honeymoon treatment in the spa & it was 10/10. The spa package was great value for money.

The food was a bit of a let down considering how nice everything else was. The Wi-Fi in the room was awful which was frustrating given the price of the stay. It was my girlfriends birthday and I asked the staff a couple of weeks in advance if it would be possible to decorate the room (few balloons and a happy birthday banner) but they said that this was not possible which I thought wasn’t great

Exceptional breakfast with many western meals, slightly different each day. Absolutely fantastic retro interiors with attention to the details. Pine trees around the territory – such a pleasant smell and look. I would love to stay more.

They have one villa room listing on Booking with a few photos of one or two of their (best?) villa rooms however in fact there are much more with different interiors. I think this should be fixed on booking because otherwise people will think that they book one room as on the photos but at the check in they’ll be presented another one. I’ve moved eventually to the room I expected but I hope this misunderstanding can be avoided in the future. Also it was hard to sleep in the morning as they started to sweep and blow leaves at 8am in the yard.

We stayed in the villa studio room and enjoyed how spacious it was. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was nice waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee in the seating area. The breakfast was very good, cooked fresh, and plenty of options for vegetarians. This is the first place we've stayed where the 'buffet' was set up as made to order. I like it this way as it reduces waste and is cooked fresh. We also had dinner at Le Petit which we really enjoyed. The spa was nice and relaxing. We got a foot massage and a Thai massage. The massage therapist was very strong and did an excellent job getting the knots worked out. The day tour offerings were perfect and convenient and the tour guide was very helpful - we did the forest hiking tour and countryside city tour. The staff from the front of the hotel to the back of the hotel provided exceptional service. Overall our stay was great and we look forward to when we can return.

We did not like the manicure and pedicure service. All that was provided was trimming of the cuticles. It was quite strange that my nail polish could not be removed and that new polish could not be applied. There was also no massaging of any kind or scrubbing of the feet. It also took a lot longer than it should have considering what little we got.

This resort is stunning! Beautiful rooms and property. Very relaxing, you feel out of the city hustle but your still in town. Everything in Dalat is very spread out, we hired a scooter from the hotel for cheap. They also had a Cessna to taxi service or push bikes. The breakfast was yum with a free afternoon provided also. The staff were lovely, spoke good English and were very helpful.

Unfortunately it rained most of the time on our stay so we did not do a lot but the room was lovely to hang out in.

We went to Ana Mandara Resort during the Lunar New Year and so, paid a bit more than the normal price. It was totally worth it! It's a beautiful resort with friendly and clearly well-trained staff. They were very helpful with everything. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms gorgeous. The pool is also heated, so we could swim during the cold rainy days. What a treat!

We sometimes had a few neighbours who were quite noisy, and the noise insulation in the rooms could be a bit better, but there is nothing to do about it as the villas are beautifully vintage.

I am glad that the resort's located away from busy town centre. The Villas spread in a large stretch of greens. The room is very spacy. The staffs are all very friendly. The breakfast provided was great with local produces. At last not the least was the buggies allowed us to move around the facilities especially after dark.

I was charged in full on my credit card when I just arrived to check in. I came in prepare with all the local currency and I did tell the receptionist in advance that I was planning to pay cash. The manager-on-duty did apologise and upgraded our room.

The resort is a collection of French deco style villas (17 I think) converted into suites. Very nicely decorated and rooms are quite large. Quiet location. The resort is large but transport is provided by the resorts golf buggies. The restaurant is excellent in terms of staff, food and ambience.

Some of the suites are accessed by stairs most of which look straightforward but we were initially checked into one accessed by a steep spiral staircase. However the resort moved us to a ground floor suite. So best to check with resort.

I love the the hotel as a whole, the maintenance & operation was top notch. The facilities were well kept. My boys enjoyed the warm pool. It was their highlight! I love the compound. Spacious and a great place to simply unwind your body and mind. Mr Than, our tour guide for our 2 days excursion was indeed helpful and accommodating. Miss Née and team was also very helpful to all of our inquires. Would definitely come again

Firstly, we were charged for the simple tour of the resort via buggy eventhough we had spend quite a sum to the hotel : 3 nights in the executive room, almost all meals at the restaurant, 2 days Dalat tour using the hotel package plus spa session. The fee was not the issue, I just felt it was just a little too calculative of the resort. Secondly on the selection of HALAL that was indeed limited. Esp at the breakfast buffet, as we paid the room package inclusive breakfast. Hopefully the hotel would consider more options that would definitely attract more Muslim visitors from neighbouring countries.

Fantastic location on a hill overlooking Dalat. Out of the melee in town. A quiet location with colonial charm. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. Dinner in the restaurant too. Staff very friendly. Free bikes to rent. Lovely pool to relax. Everything was perfect. Fabulous place to stay. Very highly recommend.
