The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us. We originally booked only one room but decided to add on another room once we arrived. Luckily they were able to get us into one right away. I loved the breakfast here: the waffles with fruit were so delicious, we looked forward to them every morning! We checked out at noon but our flight wasn't until the evening, they held onto our luggage while we went out to explore the city one last time. Anytime we were in the lobby we were offered artichoke tea which was also excellent.

This personally wasn't a problem for me but to get to the hotel you have to walk uphill which might be an issue for guests with mobility issues. Calling a taxi is easy and relatively cheap so I wouldn't say this is too big of an obstacle if you want to stay here!

Great accommodation within the center of Dalat. Very close to the night market and the lake. I loved the interior design and concept of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and lovely, they gave me a nicely designed shopping bag as a present after checking me out. Also you can borrow an umbrella at the lobby, which was very nice considering that it's raining very often in Dalat.

There's no soundproofing in the rooms, so sometimes it's pretty noisy. You better get a pair of earplugs before staying here. Also breakfasts were too "light" for me, I prefer to get more proteins in the morning, so expanding the breakfast menu would be wonderful.

This place is beautiful!!! The minute you walk up the front entrance stairs and past the beautiful plants and flowers you feel at home. My room was outstanding and surpassed my expectations. So comfortable, so beautiful, and I really enjoyed the little details, like the fresh flowers everyday. Also the breakfast was a very nice touch, delicious and beautiful presented. The gentleman that was at the front desk was so gracious, kind and thoughtful.

The location might be a problem for some. I wanted to be off the main drag. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to, including the Da Lat Flower Park. Even if you think it’s not a good location, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

We arrived at The Note Dalat at 4:00 AM, waking up the entire hotel in the middle of the night. Despite the unexpected early arrival, the staff managed to prepare our room within minutes, even though it wasn’t technically ready yet. To our surprise, they didn’t charge us for the first night, allowing us to stay for two nights but only paying for one. The team at The Note Dalat is incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dalat!

The man working there was really good and helpful at all times. He helped with booking us an airport transfer at a much better price than grab. And he advised on local things to do. We particularly liked the option to have breakfast in the room also

The bathroom was really nice but the ventilation was poor. The temperature of the shower was impossible to get right, either freezing cold or boiling hot. Also you could hear a lot of outside noise and other guests when in your room.

Perfect location directly in the City centre but in a comparably quieter area. We stayed three nights and were able to spontaneously arrange a new room for each night thanks to excellent service which also brings you your own breakfast of cereals with yogurt and fruits and coffee directly to your room. We would certainly return and hope management can work on sound insulation and ventilation

Rooms are in an okay state but sound insulation is horrible and there always is a lot of light in the room. The Ventilation is Insufficient and the moisture from the bath room takes forever to dissipate. Beds are comfortable but nights can be quiet cold

The host was very polite and welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. Great location near the end of street on top of a hill, so very little road noise. Room was immaculate and great view. We will definitely stay here again.

A bit of a mould smell, which I think was coming from the plants on the balconies.

I liked the atmosphere of the place with indoor plants everywhere. The artiso tea was delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive to the needs of guests without being pushy. The Note Da Lat is in a great location to walk to the night market and other venues nearby whilst still having a sense of peace and calm to it.

The rooms were a bit damp, could benefit from a dehumidifier in the bathroom just to help with the situation.

Room is clean and comfortable, with a fragrant smell. The towels and pillows have some aromatherapy infused into them. The architecture of the hotel is unique and modern. Well designed with a touch of personality. Staff Khan provides great service. Very helpful and attentive. Location of hotel is great. Within walking distance from the town center, yet not noisy.

Breakfast offering is limited. Can choose only either toast, waffles, yoghurt or cereal.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights, the first night was in a loft room, which we thought was unique and lovely, although a little inconvenient because the bathroom is downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs. The staff was sorry about the arrangement and upgraded us to another room the second night. I really liked the style of both rooms. And you can choose to let the staff bring the breakfast to your room in the morning. The location is perfect - in a quiet street but easy to get to, close to the night market, the lake and everything.
