lovely staff, the room was comfortable with strong ac. The TV in the room could connect to YouTube and had a few English channels. We were able to have our laundry done with a few hours for a reasonable price. Great location with lots of great cafes and bars around and only a couple minutes walk to the beach.

Despite having a large breakfast slot (6.30-10.30), you really need get there early as they don’t keep the burners on so the hot food was often cold when we got there (around 8.30). During our 7 nights stay I was only able to get coffee at some breakfast as they seemed to run out very quickly. We did need to request fresh sheets and towels, they just make the bed not change them every day.The housekeeping staff also seemed to come either very early (9am) or very late in the afternoon (4pm) which sometimes was awkward.

One thing that is very noticeable with Senorita are the very good staffs. Definitely exceptional customer service just like 5 star hotels! 😊 — easy to approach, very polite and very helpful. Also the location is definitely really good, it is in Da nang center and the beach (which we enjoyed most). The breakfast was also good. I also love how clean our room is especially the comfort room. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop was also well maintained and good to relax. This hotel is definitely worth the price, and worth going back for. Maybe we’ll go back here if we return in Da nang for more travels. - Hazel&Kass

The room was a little small, few charging outlets and with little interior design (compared to other hotel we had with the same room type). The first towels we had on the 1st day was kind of too worn out, but we requested fresh ones on the 2nd day and it was so much better. Sadly there were no bathrobes, we requested one but we were told they are only available for higher room rates (which kind of a little disappointing). There were no Netflix, Youtube not working, only cable. Also, the room was kind of dim for my liking especially at night (very few room lights), so I think deluxe and higher rooms would may be a better choice when booking not superior room type for this hotel. Really close to the beach and some really good reataurants. Super friendly staff, rooftop pool.

Rooms that face north (the ones with beach view) are overlooking the night-market that has loud live music until late night. In combination with single-glass-windows you can hear the music in the room with closed windows. Since we don’t have a light sleep it didn’t bother us too much but it was little disturbing.

Everything in the hotel is very nice. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of recommendations.Very close to the sea, a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel can book a motorcycle very convenient

Location is great, beach is few steps away, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Staffs are nice and helpful.

-The room is small, even if we got superior double but there is no place to open the suitcases. -The lightning is bad: not enough light in the room. -the desk has no space to put the laptop on. -the mirror is placed at a strange position. -water in the shower is not hot enough -toilet paper was given very little, giving the feeling that the hotel saves each roll of toilet papers. -the breakfast: during WE, not enough tables for guests. Western options are very poor. Foods were not refilled often… sometimes nothing left to eat. Kind of disappointing

Top notch 4 day stay. Close to the beach and action areas. Front of house staff smiley, eager to help and have a more than decent grasp of English. The room and bathroom was clean on arrival and was kept clean by the hotel. There is a small rooftop area and a small dining cafe area over looking the street. Buffet breakfast was a good blend of cake pastry and it's kind and also local food both which were great for the $ paid.

It's a busy street and has action day and night.(Not the hotels fault) If you are a light sleeper and have a low floor play some YouTube sleep well tunes. My mate in the next bed snored all night to that drowned out the noise ;)

The staff are so lovely at this hotel. The rooms was very spacious compared to others we stayed at and the shower was excellent. For swimmers, the pool is just big enough to swim laps (I reckon about 12m in length) and I managed to get it to myself if I went earlyish in the morning - if you don't get it to yourself then you won't be able to swim. Location is good, close to beach and lots of places to eat and drink around you. The staff in particular were excellent.

Breakfast! They shouldn't offer it as it has taken their score down. We came down an hour before breakfast should finish and asked for some more baguette as the offerings there were dry and only 3 pieces and they said they didn't have any more. The rest of breakfast was tragic!

The staff were awesome! The best customer service we have had in Vietnam and we have been here 3 weeks. The location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and the beach was a 5 minute walk away with beach chairs and umbrellas for rent (40,000 dong). The roof top area with the pool and loungers was nice.

The bathroom was in great condition and very nice. The room needs a little TLC; picture missing from the wall and the walls are marked up but not terrible. We booked a room with a balcony but the balconies are not big enough to sit on. You can stand on it but that is all.

We loved the staff of the hotel , especially Harry, he was always there to answer our questions and to help us with booking motorcycle, or ordering other services. The location is great , next by the hotel you can find everything you need - restaurants, cafe, laundry , beach etc.

Unfortunately during our stay the bathroom in our room had a bad smell, workers explained it’s due to the rainy weather though. Also, we had some food with us like open box of cookies , after we came back to our room at night we recognized some ants crawling around that too. We came to have breakfast around 9:45am., there was not many choice of food left, most of plates were empty, it might be since it was the end of time.

We only stayed one night at Señorita Hotel, but it left such a great impression. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience—they even helped us arrange a transfer to the airport, which was so convenient. There was some noise from a nearby family celebrating Lunar New Year, but the staff were so apologetic and kind, which made us feel well taken care of. Their hospitality truly stood out! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with so many options to choose from—everything was fresh and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend Señorita Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Da Nang :D
