The location of this property is perfect for exploring the city. Most things are within walking distance or short car ride. The breakfast was simple but more than enough for us. We were there on the off season, so the place was fairly quiet and breakfast downsized a little

Very noisy from traffic and light from traffic lights. We were there one night when the Vietnamese football team won a cup and wow they partied till 2am blowing horns and tooting. We had a driver organised for us to take us to our next destination in Da Nang. A very rude and angry man. Unpleasant experience

The hotel is located close to the old town, so it is convenient to explore the city. The breakfast is great. However, the most important is the friendly and extremely helpful staff, in particular, Owen was very efficient and took care of us. Initially, we had a minor issue with the room and we were offered a different room immediately upon our request.

This is very common in Vietnam that most hotel rooms do not have a window. Our room had an internal window, but, of course, it did not provide natural light and we could keep it open. This was indicated when booking and I believe there are rooms with proper windows in this hotel to choose.

Good location, very close to main train station and 8 minute walk to train street. It was a 15/20 minute walk to Bio Hoi. Breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese dishes, fruits, toast, fried bacon with sausage slices. Omelette, fried and scrambled eggs were made to order. Reception staff helpful and tours can be booked at reception.

The window of the room looked onto an internal shaft, so there was no natural light and the room felt stuffy. You could hear the staff preparing the breakfast room from 6am due to the internal shaft. Bed was hard.

The room was super clean, price very affordable, breakfast fabulous and the personnel, especially Mr Kevin the owner and the very kind Mrs Ellie at the reception, super friendly and helpful!! They welcomed me and other travelers in a warm and friendly way, so we felt right at the beginning that the clients and their needs are important to them. They helped without hesitation the best way they could. That was very apreciated! I liked my stay there very much and will definitely recommend it to other travelers!! Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Nothing as I have noticed. All was just great!

We, 2 adults and 2 kids stayed in the Executive suite. The room was very spacious. Good location. Good choice of food around. Less busy than the other side of the old quarter. Friendly and honest staff.

The beds could be little more comfy. They could easily have a couch in the room. There was no towel rail in the bathroom, oppoaite of the basin. There was a shelf within shower but it was in a slightly inconvenient location.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights rooms were clean and tidy, perfect location walking distance to every thing the famous train street is just behind the hotel and super market is next door, breakfast is good to not many options but still basic breakfast.

Location

Our room was surprisingly spacious for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and we had a simple yet filling breakfast. The location is quite good too, not too far from the tourist attractions but not as busy as the accommodations in Old City Quarter.

The toilet smells like sewage. I think the vent isn't working properly. It is tolerable when taking a shower, but not when you're facing the wash basin.

Very comfortable and clean room. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the old quarter and the major sights around Hanoi. Would recommend!

The room was quite dark as the window was facing an internal wall, however this did mean it was very quiet since there was no road noise.

The hotel location is very strategic to the attractions such as the train street, food area and city center. We have no problem to call taxi as the staff was willing to help us.

the room is a bit a small for three of us. there was no place to hang our used towels to dry them. A bit difficult to communicate with the staff as they are not that fluent or at least have good english.

Not too far from.old town around 15 minutes walk. The staff were all friendly especially Ha at reception who helped me out with a few issues and was always happy and smiling. Rooms were clean and modern .

Beds were not good quality mattresses .Very thin top so you could feel the springs in your back. Breakfast could have been a lot better .
