Really near MyDinh stadium, great for when you need to attend events there as its about 10mins walk

Soundproofing is the problem. I could hear all kinda of noises from the surrounding, from the adjacent rooms or even vacuuming sound in the lobby at 7am. Not what I expected for this roomrate. Also I stayed several days for Anhtraisayhi concert without prior knowledge about the artists staying there too, and it was chaotic. Seeming little to none security in the lobby so no privacy for guests, as the fans were free to camp there all days. Couldve done better on security front.

Having breakfast always at Regency Club Lounge with excellent reception and heartly services over the 11 days of stay, leisurely with long duration of operation hours. Highly recommended for Club Access option.

Less versatility of food options at Regency Lounge, especially on dinner occasions. Fixed shower head over-hung right under the ceiling of shower room made it very inconvenient for shower experiences. Acoustic insulation could have been improved at the side of room entrance, specifically, the guestroom door.

Overall was a greater experience staying at Sheraton West. Breakfast was diverse and plenty options. Staff was happy and positive in every aspect. Management was on point. Especially want to mention the bartender Son which was the nicest guy in our stay.

The spa wasn’t as clean as expected.

Location is great for my purpose. Beds are awesome and comfortable. Like access to the spa and gym.

Cost of food and drinks. No coffee machine in the rooms. The kitchenettes are not super well equipped. Only one treadmill working well. Others were sporadic.

Well Maintained Property and clean

I was in the room and around mid night 2 guest opened my room with another key card . Looks like the front desk did sold my room again while i was checked in . This is very disturbing when you are resting a a long day of travel and work. I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen again

The staff were helpful and friendly, but check in is confusing due to 'deposit'. Room is spacious.

The location, is a bit far from anywhere (restaurants and places of interests)

Staff was lovely, polite, helping. Service was good, room was amazing, clean, comfortable, quiet. Room service was good and fast too even late at night.

Localisation is a bit far from everything but it was a choice from me. Swimming pool could open later than 9pm especially when it's that hot weather.

The location to the stadium and the staff at the lounge were amazing. Blackpink theme for the occasion!!!

I found stains on face towels and the food I paid for at level 1 restaurant was not good.

Lovely hotel located in one of good areas of Hanoi. Friendly and polite staff ready any time to help. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended hotel.

all staff are very attentive to your needs, no matter how small the request. would definetly stay here again. breakfast has various selection for adults and kids at the buffet. I think the buffet is value for money for what it offers.

there is no mini bar, its not packed. swimming pool was not cleaned, bugs and leaves floating on the surface (did notify staff about this). swimming not heated so its very cold for kids
