When we arrived we were not 100% satisfied since the room was very small and from the pictures on booking - this is not a bad thing just you need to be aware. We didn’t complain but asked if there was another room available. Tracy was really kind and without asking from our side she talked to the hotel manager who granted us another room without charging us more money! The staff we got to know - Tracy and Tina but also the men at the breakfast (whose name I don’t know) were always helpful, kind and had a smile on their face! The location and the breakfast are great and I would definitely recommend a stay here! 🙂

Everything about the Cosy Inn Hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip pleasant. Tracey in particular, (the receptionist) was the best. She helped me book Halong bay day tour and made it so easy for me. She also sent me a list of local food spots and landmarks to go see while in Hanoi. She helped me with my sim card, my laundry, directions... She always went out of her way to ensure my trip was as good as it could be. Tracey is the best of the best. Room was spacious, silent & super clean. TV has Netflix & YouTube. Perfect for after a big day of adventuring through beautiful Vietnam, As an AussieI would recommend this amazing gem. So close to everything location wise as well. 10/10 experience. Thank you Cosy Inn Staff & Tracey thank you for going out of your way for me. the staff at the cozy are fantastic. Tracey, John, Ha, Rose, Cloudy. all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, support, help and guide you on your trip. from the morning i came down to the reception they went above and beyond. i can not praise them enough. aside the location is right in the heart of the old town and a short walk to all the main sites, restaurants and nightlife. you can book all the day trips you would like from the hotel. they give you recommendations for places to see and eat. if i was going back to hanoi i would book the cozy hotel 100%. just good people.

This was in such a fantastic location, close to everything and easy to get to, we did arrive on a very busy night and it was a bit hectic trying to navigate through all the people however that didn’t interfere with the stay, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff where lovely and Tracy made it very easy for us to check out.

Nothing, it was perfect. Just keep in mind that it is located on a busy street at night.

The breakfast includes bread, butter, jam, cereals, yogurt and lots of fruits like watermelon, guava, oranges, bananas, and papaya Aside from that, you have to select from their menu, two dishes. Menus include egg (boiled, scrambled, sunny side up), sausages, fried noodles with veggies, and Chicken Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup). The location is good which is surrounded by restaurants and a shopping area. Tracy and Rosy, the hotel receptionists are very helpful and accomodating. They are very willing to help if you need something or if you ask questions. The room is quite small but is very clean.

There are so many things that I loved about this place. They are so kind, caring and courteous and go above and beyond to take care of their guests. They gave us an orientation to the city and nearby restaurants, they held our luggage when we were gone for a few days on tours, they showed us how to order a Grab bike. We loved their welcoming attitudes! We also enjoyed the hotel's unique decor. I believe this is the culture of Vietnam in general and it was quite amazing to experience it. The rooms were great and amazing value for the money. The breakfast buffet is yummy and expansive. The location is quite fabulous and you cannot go wrong with the area. I was very close to all of the major areas including the lake, train street and beer street. Also, I love that the staff booked a last minute trip to Ninh Binh for me the day before without any issues. Special thank you to John,Tracy, Rose and everyone else for their service (my apologies for forgetting your names). Anytime I'm back in Hanoi, I'll always make sure the The Cosy Inn at the top of my best.

So many good things to say about Cosy Inn. Great location in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter but far enough down an alley way so that it is quiet and night. Nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast with lots of help-yourself items (include cereal and yogurt) and items to order. Every one of the 6-8 front desk and breakfast staff we interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Whoever manages this property has done well in hiring great people. When a cab came to take us to the airport, Kathy and one of the male staffers helped us get our baggage out to the street and gave us such a sincere and warm farewell. We felt very well cared for during our entire stay.

Breakfast was yummy! Many fruit options, yogurt, and hot foods made to order with a wonderful rooftop view of Hanoi. The staff were all excellent especially Tam, Tracy, and John. They were all kind and answered my questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The smart TV in the room was an added bonus. Wifi worked well in the room and good location in Hanoi within walking distance to many convenient stores, restaurants and attractions.

Great location right next to beer street. Therefore right in the center and easy to get arround.

There were roadworks right to the Hotel. It was actually quite dangerous to get to the Hotel, especially with trekking backpacks, as we had to walk / balance across slippery pieces of wood to get across the wholes in the ground that were filles with dirty water. The receptionist apologised for the situation. But still they should inform or help in better ways for guests to get to the hotel.

The Cosy Inn Hanoi is a fantastic place to stay, right in the heart of the Old Quarter! We loved the prime location, which made exploring the city so convenient. The customer service was top-notch, and they even arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel experience so much smoother. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose The Cosy Inn Hanoi again on our next visit!
