The room is beautiful, and I feel like I got more than what I paid for. I also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast in the morning. Additionally, they have a small pool and gym on the rooftop with a great view of HCMC. The rooms are very clean, and the staff speak English.

I had a great stay and can't think of anything I didn't like. It's a bit picky, but I could hear the humming of their HVAC system at night. Maybe avoid staying on the 5th floor? Also, I hope they upgrade to smart TVs so guests can watch Netflix and YouTube instead of cable.

Breakfast was very limited. Only provide one type fruit each day no other option. Food is very basic. No bacon. Most of the staff are friendly.

Think at the end when I asked for.my suitcases and was waiting for a taxi . The lady in black suit at the reception, she saw me but didn't offer me a hand to help or asked if i need a to book a taxi, or even a thank you for staying with them. She saw me struggling pushed my 25kg out ready for the taxi to pick me up. She just sat behing the desk. Which was a bit disappointing considering I stayed there 6 days and the rest of the staff and a young boys at the reception are very polite and very helpful. Except the manger herself.

The pool up top was very welcome. Not so large but soothing. Really needs a handrail to help get in and out. Plenty of pool towels available plus chairs and tables. Plus a steam room and exercise equipment, etc. Breakfast was very good. Room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly. Manager spoke very good English, so no problems in communications, helped us to book domestic flight. Down the road is a large shopping mall with a few eating places and a very large supermarket. Another 100 meters more to the local evening street market selling all sorts of food and fruits. Go another 100 meters and you come to the large water canal with a park promenade. Behind the supermarket is a very large recreational park where just about all the locals seem to come out to exercise in the evening with jogging and Zumba and more. Great for people watching. Or rather, the locals will watch you, as it seems that to have any Europeans around is quite a rarity.

Probably the best two breakfasts I have had this year. Not only was the food delicious - a special mention for the breakfast staff who were friendly, helpful and good humored. I wanted to stay longer- and discover what else the hotel offered for breakfast. Finally ‘Hang’ the manager was brilliant, welcomed us sincerely and helped us book transport to Can Tho for almost half the price offered by the private car hire companies. The front desk booked us taxis into town and made great suggestion as to what we should visit Whilst staying in HCM city

Stayed at Aiden Saigon 3 times during this trip,, for a total of 2-3 weeks. Hotel was kept clean and the staff were friendly and responsive. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel has not yet reopened the pool, bar, and dining facilities. There are lots of places around to get food and drinks, but it would have been nice to have those available. The room balconies are quite small, so there really isn't any way to sit there for a drink. The refrigerator in the room is a basic bar cooler that is (normal in Vietnam) wired into the circuits that shut off when you leave the room - it keeps drinks cool if using a second keycard to keep the power on while away, but don't expect cold drinks when you get back.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor in an airconditioned room. There is a breakfast buffet serving a variety of dishes. I liked the idea of being able to have something different. Staffs are attentive. Service is very good.

There is nothing to complain about the breakfast. Food is fresh, you can see the chef cooking in the kitchen through the glass partition. The chef is happy to cook eggs any style especially sunny side up.

Clean and good facilities, there are saunas in the property that are free to use at any time for guests

Breakfast options were poor, the food was not refilled and the buffet table was usually emptied. The pool was not in use for a few days we were there

The staff is very helpful, kind and respectful. The service is actually perfect. The room is very clean, commodities are new and have great plants on balcony. Great location - have Megamarket a couple mins walkaway, alot of local restoraunts with delicious viatnamease food and pharmacy. The price is worthwhile. I enjoyed every moment at this hotel and do recommend to visit it.

The breakfast was full of options. Food was full of flavour and accomodating of my fussy eating. Room neat and tidy, bed was comfortable.

I found communication with the staff very hard as they had minimal English vocabulary. Google translator has now become my friend
