The swimming pool and the gym were fantastic , the staff were super helpful and gave me a room Upgrade when I didn’t like the room. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful. I enjoyed the area also because I wanted to rest and there’s lots to see and do in the neighbourhood

Sadly the rooms do NOT match the photos, it’s best value for money to get a duplex or two level suite. Also there are iguanas that sneak in and yes be careful of ants but as long as you keep the room clean and as long as you remember it’s Vietnam i think it was well worth the price. I would come back

The exterior of the building is beautiful along with a koi pond. Staffing was professional and friendly. We arrived before the check in time and they were able to keep our luggage until the room was ready while we went to eat. The room that we stayed in was just right, except for the bed. The bed was too firm for us . In order to receive power for the room, you insert the key card for power. Floors 1-5 has its own elevator separate from Floors 6-7. My kids room power went out during our stay and the staff was quick to respond and fix the problem. Using grab for food and car service was relatively easy.

The location was a bit difficult to find since it's located somewhat in an alley.

I enjoyed my room, its clean and comfy.

It's not easy to communicate when they hardly speak english with the reception, they took my passport as a deposit upon check-in which is so annoying and i was uncomfortable surrendering it. The facilities, corridors,lobbys are dark and looks untidy. The pool is ok but a bit cloudy, you can see the lack of maintenance around here. The location is far from everything. Lastly, i hve travelled many times everywhere in my life and this is the first time I have lost essentials in the bathroom of the hotel. I am very disappointed.

Loved to 2 pools, roof top and ground have options of where to swim. Had several roof top dinners with my friends. Mr Lum's on site restaurant was great with good food and drinks at a very reasonable price. The room cleaning staff were lovely.

Language was sometimes a problem but eventually I got my air conditioning cleaned and working properly.

One of the best hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Has a pool, fitness center, shopping opportunities, for cheaper money compared to the hotels in district 1. Person everything is super helpful and friendly. Can aberslut be recommended!

The staff were helpful and polite, the rooftop pool was a bonus I did not know existed and views are stunning. Room was all as advertised and comfortable. Location for me personally was great as I wanted to stay in the outer Districts, plenty of local food to choose from and local hospital, pharmacy and everything else you could want all walking distance. Great coffee spots close by also which I loved.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly, room's pool view is nice, rooftop infinity pool has great city view, free access to pool and gym.

The room wasn't very clean upto Cozrum's standards (had a strange smell), lighting in the room was dim, TV didn't have access to Youtube or Netflix.

Fancy environment, great convenience store on ground floor, treadmills work, outdoor patio and pool are nice.

Expensive laundry service by the item rather than weight

The floor boards around the swimming pool is dirty. It is not regularly clean. During our stay, I always see the poop of the rats.
