It is in a good location close to Ben Thanh Market - but because it is down a lane it is quiet. The staff were amazingly friendly- giving us rice wine and would press the elevator button if they saw us. The room was big and clean.

The “view” was just of the back ally so the balcony was not of any value. But this did not bother us.

I enjoy buy tour in this hotel. Then sightseeing around the city, it takes about 3 hours. The staffs are wellknown about the information around hotel, it includes restaurant and places to go. Provide details and map for us. The room is clean and spacious. Good for business purpose or travel. Would choosing this hotel again.

I really like the quiet here, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, there is a kitchen and full utensils so I can cook, making me feel like I'm at home.

As with many hotels the unknowns surround the decision until one eventually stays at the property. This one was no different despite the 9+ exceptional rating. Can now confidently rate this hotel as one of the best out there in HCM City. Starting with the warm welcome at the reception to the extent front office staff go to making you feel welcome and heard, is exceptional. Mai was outstanding at the front office and very personable. She makes all the difference in the overall positivity of the guest experience. Rest of the service staff were also remarkable in housekeeping, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Location is great, whilst not being in the busy streets, yet close to all amenities. Don't hesitate to ask Mai about tour booking, she is very enthusiastic about it.

The hotel has a very unique design across the board and bedrooms in particular have been thoughtfully designed with a keen eye for detail and a careful use of space and interesting furniture. The bed is extremely comfortable and huge. The rooms are kept very clean!!! We loved that they provide filtered water in bottles and you can refill as many as you need. They do seem to be making an effort towards the environment. The location worked very well for me- convenient to walk to all the main sites in HCM city, and also be picked up for a tour. Many great places to eat just a few mins walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there. Staffs was great, always right there to make sure we got what we wanted, including booking tours, getting SIM cards, extending our stay. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean.

The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is fantastic if you want to shop at Ben Thanh or Saigon Square markets. Some great local restaurants nearby and the nail spa next door is great too. It is located down a short lane so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The size of the room is fantastic too.

The mattresses are very firm but we still slept well.

This is a small, family run hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The description on Booking indicated that breakfast was available, but there is no restaurant and nothing available in the hotel.

It was a pleasant experience staying 1 night in Diamond Luxury Ben Thanh Hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staffs are helpful, most importantly it is only a 15 minutes walk to most famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. It is located in the centre of the city. The room is big enough and clean, and they provide Loccitane toilet amenities, which is a bonus to woman?!

The only slight issue was that the shower wasn’t the best. But it’s not a big problem

Lots of restaurants nearby so I have options to choose from. Near Ben Thanh market and the new metro, which was extremely nice.
