I have stayed here many times and the facilities, rooms, staff and food are all very good. This time was no different we had a superb meal for my wife’s birthday in the onsite restaurant.

I usually book with breakfast but we should have checked out before breakfast started but our plans changed at the last minute so we had breakfast under the pay at the property option. We were invited to sit down and eat and pay later. When we had finished the price charged was 800k/VND. Which is unbelievable when the option on line to book a room with breakfast is 300k/ VND.

The breakfast was amazing. Full of different options and high quality, gym was also quite equipped. Very clean and quite, and well maintained hotel. AC worked good and bed was comfortable. Location was also good, they also offer a free parking for motorbike.

Upon the arrival, one of the staff told us that the peanut and the dried mango are complimentary and later on we found they charged us for them. This wasn't pleasant feeling. Also they upgraded our room to 7th floor, but we didn't have any view because our window was covered and we even couldn't open it. So we didn't also like it.

Excellent services, very good breakfast , nice big room(I stayed in room 464 it doesn't have a very good view, it did not bother me that much so I didn't ask to switch rooms) . The gym is always cool, new equipment . It has a small pool but it is clean and beautiful, the pool attendance brings a little fruit with a cold water bottle for you , it was a nice touch. For $60 a night it is worth every penny. It has everything you need within walking distance but you need to take a Grab to get to the city center which may cost you around $4 roughly .

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was comfortable. The pool was okay though it was quite small in size. The gym was good enough.

The smell at the lobby was a bit off including the very old and dirty carpet in the middle. The elevator says max of 14 pax, but it rang with only just 9pax. The main switch for the lights in the toilet was placed next to the bed. The doorman wasn't around when I arrived so I have to take care of my luggage from the car and open the hotel entrance by myself.

Good size hotel with clean/spacious rooms and facilities and kind staff. It's not located in Sigon district one or near Sigon River but who cares when the price is good and you can use Grab or other cheap options for transport. The master piece of our experience was the reception staff, they treated us like family and spent so much time to make sure you experience the best. I can't thanks them enough. Very special thanks to Mr Quang at reception 🙏🙏🙏. He is so professional and very kind too👍. His knowledge about his profession is amazing. The next person I want to thank is Ms Trinh. She is very good and very kind, she works with all her heart and soul. She is one of the most nicest people that work in this hotel. This was my first time here but wouldn't be the last. Please keep up the good work.

We had a short stopover in HCM and selected the hotel as it looked good and was only 10 mins away from the airport by taxi. We were delighted that we chose this hotel. It was indeed close to the airport, the room was first class as were our meals- dinner & breakfast. Super pool area too for a quick pre departure swim. Top class considering how much we paid and would definitely stay again if stopping over. Maybe not if wanting to explore HCM as would be better staying closer to centre but suited us down to a tee. Almost forgot, excellent staff too.

Small/Medium sized five star hotel with friendly and professional staff, wonderful breakfast and good swimming pool area (a rarity in Ho Chi Minh) and some top notch gym equipment. A fabulous place to relax/chill or rehab away from the craziness of District 1.

The location is great for those who are going to use it as a base for conducted tours. However, if you enjoy walking around an area/exploration on your own, you are probably better off staying in District 1 (accepting that District 1 is only a £5 journey away).

We traveled through Vietnam for a month and stayed in a few 5* hotels. This was the last 2 days before flying home. Breakfast was the best we experienced in Vietnam. A variety of international and Vietnamese options and enough fruit and vegetables. We liked that the breakfast room was never overcrowded or noisy which we experienced at most other hotels. Rooms were clean and the De Luxe room spacious with glass door walk in shower that doesn't spill a drop. Comfortable bed. The men who tend to the door to the reception were friendly and helpful.

The lady who checked us in was not so friendly. Check out was smooth with friendly and professional staff member.

Excellent hotel that is very competently managed. Room was big with comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for a better buffet breakfast with a wide variety of items that will satisfy most palates. Staff members were exceptionally helpful and courteous. When going to the airport, the front door attendant communicated with our driver and made sure that we would be dropped off at the correct terminal and the right door. The location is just 10 minutes from the airport on a main road.

Great hotel with excellent service . Have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions and the standard has always been maintained . Would like to recognise Qwang at front reception who went out of his way to assist with multiple logistical issues we had including booking transport for our group and assisting with issues we had with another hotel booking . He was so efficient , polite and helpful , going out of his way to assist us patiently and professionally . This hotel is so close to the airport but only a brief ride into central Saigon .
