The location is good. The old security gentleman was very helpful, as well as the two ladies at the receptions deck. They was smiley and polite, gave genuine recommendation to us about the city during our stay. We got the upgrade so the room was very spacious with wide windows and bathroom with hot tub. That was very nice comparing to what we had paid.

There was a staff do both bell/ security service and reception, and he was not as nice as other staff. Room was not made properly on the 3rd day, felt like they only come to fold the blanket. We ask for an extra pillow, receptionist reply "not possible as the hotel is fully booked". It's not. And even it's fully book, if a guest accidentally make a pillow dirty , do he need to sleep without pillow as it's nothing to replace?

Very nice hotel in the midst of Saigon. The friendly staff helped us out with every need we had. The room was clean and big, had a big window and a very good bath/shower. The air-conditioning worked well, the WiFi was good, we had a TV, too. They washed our clothes for a small fee and we could store our luggage in their backroom until we took our bus to the airport in the evening. Absolutely no complaints here. The price was reasonable as well. Definitely recommended.

Did the property meet my expectations? Yes and No. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel has great location. The price is affordable for such location. It's good for budget business trip.

I found body hair on my bed when I checked in. Luckily, my room has 2 beds so I just use the other one. I later found hair on other things in the room.

Staff always so friendly, always smiling when you walk in. Good location, right on the shopping street and not too far from the airport. Although it is on a main street the noise levels were not bad at all

Pillows were quite hard and bed wasn’t super comfortable but still great for the price

They call me to ask what time to come, I said I would come sooner. When I come, they said I need to pay early checkin fee. Also, they likely don't want us to pay by card (by saying there would be card charging fee).

AC was just ventilation, no cold air. Tried to explain it to the receptionist and she said it has been fixed but it was't. A little difficult to understand with the receptionist. They requested to pay for keeping our luggage one day.

Very nice location and very helpful staff. They arranged our excursions and kept our bags after the checkout until the time we left town.

The only negative is that the air-conditioning, although it was working, seemed to be malfunctioning. Thankfully, they also had a ventilator in the room that saved the day.

Got a free upgrade on booking.com. Great value. Top floor suite for $18.00, including bath tub and city view. Nice Chinese style restaurant across the road, not Vietnamese, wontons etc.

Convenience stores, ATMs etc are quite far from the hotel, so not very convenient in that regard.
