Silverland Sil Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel was impeccably clean—by far the cleanest we stayed at in Vietnam. Breakfast was amazing, with a dedicated vegetarian section that we really appreciated. The staff were attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The complimentary afternoon tea with live music was a delightful touch and a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in HCMC!

The bar and pool area is very small and not much goes on.

Fabulous hotel in a great location with fantastic staff - always very helpful - particularly the doormen. We did have an issue on arrival in our room with a noisy AC unit but they quickly moved us into the room next door which was actually bigger. Louis was particularly helpful for this. The free afternoon tea was a very nice touch although we only had it twice during our 4 day stay - the staff & food were great Apart from the AC issue, which we could still hear occasionally from the room next door, but didn't inconvenience us, I would have scored this 10 Great hotel, staff, breakfast, location Note there's a tiny little cafe immediately outside call Grandma's cafe which serves great Ban Mi sandwiches at very low cost

This is a world class, stylish and very pleasant hotel at the heart of the Ho Chi Min city. We loved everything this hotel offered. The breakfast was great, and the complementary afternoon tea was unforgettable for us. We also enjoyed the spa services at this hotel. Staff are very professional and friendly. We want to thank Keisha, Robin, Duy, John, Cindy, An and Tony for welcoming us to this hotel and for making sure that we had a great time. If we return to this city again, we know where to stay! Highly recommended!!!

I made a mistake with my reservation dates. However, the hotel manager and staff quickly handled the situation. During my stay, they communicated with me a lot, even though my English isn't very good. Thanks to them, I had an enjoyable trip. Thank you, Keisha, Han and An !!

The rooftop bar was close to the guest rooms, so we had to speak in slightly lower voices.

Great location on a side street near the main downtown attractions. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the Opera House. But the staff was the best part. They were all so incredibly kind which was the highlight of the stay. They also had our fav Vietnamese coffee! It was the best & we stayed at other hotels.

The gym is pretty small, only 1 treadmill & elliptical.

from the time you walked in the front door you could tell it was going to be a nice stay. Recently renovated so everything was nice and clean. The room was well planned out and cool colors. Staff were all great. A week later I stayed at another Silverland hotel called Silverland Min and it was just as nice, but smaller, that's where the min comes from :-] ohh and the afternoon tea was lovely

Incredible staff, amazing spread for breakfast. The crepes at afternoon tea are Yummo! The best thing about this place is this staff though. They are ALL so helpful, friendly and warm. The room was a touch small but we were in a huge city where space is a premium so that should be expected at all Ho Chi Minh hotels.

This is an amazing hotel in the center of Saigon and the middle of the Japanese Quarter with great restaurants and bars. The room was big, clean and quiet. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with jacuzzi. There's also a spa and fitness center. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful!

There are no hidden downsides, it's perfect!

Staff was very attentive and the room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the afternoon tea as well. Location was great with many tourist spots and shopping malls within walking distance. Popular massage parlours were less than a minute away.

Some small furnishings were missing, like a toilet roll holder and there was only one hook in the bathroom.

I didn't have breakfast here, there were plenty of places to eat nearby! Great location to enjoy eating and drinking Vietnamese food. The room was clean, and warm water was nice enough to take a bath.

There were no windows facing outside. The only window was toward the hall way inside the building, and didn't feel comfortable to open it. Was hard to tell whether outside is dark or light due to it, but just for the purpose to sleep over at night, wasn't a problem.
