Breakfast started each morning with a big smile from Tammy and she always remembered what you had last time, great service. Therese room servicing was quick and done with a smile as was the laundry service.

I could not fault this hotel, value for money was good, staff were excellent, Therese, Tammy, Phillip led by the very competent Grace who puts every guest at ease with her confident approach and welcoming to guests.

I honor Tanny for a very excellent customer service. Breakfast is good with different variety everyday. The room is big and cleaned daily.

Hot temperature of the aircon. Must upgrade to a higher horsepower to cool the room. Housekeeping putting a garbage bag on the trash bin at the CR must push down the plastic to accommodate trash.

The breakfast was nice. Some hot dishes were served and was different each day (with the exception of the cooked to order eggs). The staff was very nice and they kept a clean dining area. They made sure that the food was replenished if anything was running low. One lady offered to bring me a cup of Vietnam coffee and started doing it every morning for me. I really enjoyed it. The reception staff was outstanding. From the very 1st day they accommodated to my every need and even got me into my room early (which was very much appreciated). Bruce had answered my questions and helped me several times. I accidentally put the wrong room number down on my paperwork for my laundry and he was able to track it down for me. The housekeeping staff and even the door man were also very friendly. Across the board all personnel were very nice and eager to help. The location was very convenient. I was able to walk to many places. The room was very big and clean. The internet was fast. A refrigerator was provided along with a tea kettle. The bed was very comfortable. They offer laundry service. I am sure that I am not thinking of a couple other things I enjoyed, but this is turning into a book.

This really isn't a complaint, but there aren't really any facilities like a business center, pool, or gym, which I really would have enjoyed.

The location is excellent. Restaurants, coffee spots, craft breweries, the markets, high end shops and landmarks are all within minutes walk. Classic hot Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk available with a cooked breakfast including egg station. The staff, Phillip on the door and Rose at reception as well as kitchen staff were all happy to help make the stay more enjoyable. The air conditioning was cold, water hot.

Great for a short stay.

Breakfast was excellent and convenient on the ground floor. The daily changed noodles from made to order station was a terrific option in addition to the hot/cold Western/Vietnamese foods offered. The entire breakfast team were all extremely friendly and helpful. Great service. Doorman Philip was helping us to carry our heavy luggage during checking in and checking out. We stayed 9 nights before going to Vung Tau for 1 night, then came back to stay 4 more nights before leaving Vietnam. We will come back again if stay in Sai Gon next time.

Need to change a new bed sheet and new pillow cover as often as possible.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience, I took a family suite as I was traveling with 18 months baby. Early Checkin was super smooth , and 7 days stay was relaxing. Very friendly staff, Rose along with others at reception was super gentle and ready to help. Everyone knows English and ready to communicate. Philip at the door always helping with baby stroller going in and out. Tammy at breakfast will keep on serving you. She will make sure you are not hungry the whole day. Will surely recommend.... Very close to book street, My ban me, saigon center, saigon square, ben thanh. Everything is 10 mins walk. Staff is their USP and clean room too.

Breakfast was excellent and convenient. The omelet/made to order station was a terrific option in addition to the hot/cold items offered. The staff really are the stars of the experience from the doorman helping with my luggage the front desk receptionist (checking in/checking out) the cleaning crew (new linens and fresh towels) and the entire breakfast team were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my wife and two year old son and that causes numerous challenges when traveling. The room was very clean and good size to accommodate a family of three.

This hotel has been refurbished well from an older hotel. Some of the amenities in the room (wardrobe, chairs, bathroom) are a bit dated but very functional and didn't take away from the experience.

White Lotus Hotel is a hidden gem in saigon. The room with the balcony was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the balcony door did not lock, and they sorted it out quickly. The hotel is central to district 1 and in walking distance to all the sights, and the hotel is placed in a quiet area of district 1. I will be staying there again. The breakfast is fine and they made my boyfriend a great vietnamese coffee which he enjoyed 😉

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door you could see right through to the toilet which meant you could see each other on the toilet this I didn't like and so me and my partner had to make sure we didn't see each other. I would advise the hotel to may be put up some sort of blind that could be pulled down whilst using the toilet.

I found the staff exceptional, happy, courteous and going the extra mile. Rose was a wonderfully helpful person and Grace so informative and happy, always with a smile on her face. The hotel is so close to all the amenities and tourist spots, it's really easy to get around. Help is always available from the staff at the front desk. I can't praise them enough and would definitely return. Tammy makes the best omelette and breakfast dishes. Thank you so much all of you.

There was nothing I didn't like at the hotel, apart from one person staying next-door to me who was exceptionally noisy. I told reception about it and they upgraded me at no extra cost which was so kind of them. Have to add that the beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is always constantly hot, it's very welcoming.

The early check in option. Breakfast. Friendly staff. Room cleaness. Location. The front office saff Grace assisted me and offered computer facility to get some prints. Philip was warmly welcoming always getinto the hotel. The front office staff always assisted to booked a Grab when i wanted to required destinitations.(aplogies couldnt know the name of some staff). Restaurant staff were friendly and cooked delious breakfast. Each day different varities. Overall excellent. Will return.. Thanks Team.
