The crew that made this an amazing experience were : Bobby, Dan, Hans, Hanna, the name list goes on. It's almost the whole crew that was amazing throughout my stay. I was impressed with the view of the room in particular, the strong wifi and most importantly the location was good enough for exploring. Love the detox water that the hotel provides, best service ever.

I have to say that the breakfast buffet was rather unique in it's own way but the options were limited. Housekeeping isn't really on standby 24/7 so please do take note. There was a security camera that was facing towards the direction of our room door directly, I have highlighted this to the management but no response was given till now.

The staff were great and so helpful. Everything in the room worked well and it was all we needed.

In a very small room, some extra hooks and shelves would be helpful but honestly, it was all very good. If the rooms ever go through renovations consider doing 2 things: - doors or curtains on the shower so the bathroom floor is not constantly wet - bathroom doors that offer total privacy instead of a few cm between the closed door and wall. I personally hare fat pillows and would prefer a flat option but I understand that it's not a common request

I am impressed with the Wink Hotel Saigon for their staff's customer services, facilities, and style. - The staff were professional, prompt response to my service requests and friendly. It appears they have a good team. - Value for money - Facilities, I couldn't find water kettle, I then realised that if I needed stuff similar like those, I could phone the staff. There was a little note next to the complimentary water bottles mentioned about it which I had missed. Convenient and reasonable price for laundry service available in house. There is a vending machine next to the laundry area. They also have some stalls on ground floor to sell snacks, food and drink, gifts. - The bed and pillows were great and comfy, attributing for a nice sleep. I was happy that I could sleep straight to the next morning. - The neighbours next to my room seemed quiet. It appeared that the customers' cohort there is with good manner for noise. - I invited one of my friends to have a drink with me at their ground floor bar in the evening. The price list was reasonable. My friend is a local there, and she was surprised and said it's a good price. - Breakfast was okay. Love the coffee machine. - The hotel is new and quite close Saigon CBD, great for who love walking, otherwise taxi or grab option with a small amount. There was a small convenient store up the road, some nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I pretty much strolled around and tried them when needed. I had a nice trip and good hotel this time. I'll be back.

The hotel has a cool design very modern ( cool but not as functional) the location was ok .. we had a serious incident with the breakfast. We are vegan and the stuff was not trained and they made my daughter eat pork.( forbidden for us, religiously, and consciously.) I have to say they went above and beyond to try and solve the matter Chris the manager was amazing also aquarim ( I think it’s that’s his name manager of kitchen ) they were really nice and try to make the rest of our stay better .. overall it’s a cool place and good for a few nights ..

The rooms are very small .. no tea in the room ,no proper closets space , the shower doesn’t have a door and only before I left I understood the “ cool design “ that the bathroom door actually closes the shower .. need to be point out ..

Wink Hotel was a great stay and unique experience. Truly, I wish more hotels were like Wink. I had a few hotel options for Ho Chi Minh City, but decided to go with Wink because they have a laundry room, and I desperately needed that at that point in my trip. I am so glad I chose them because there are multiple reasons to choose Wink over other hotels. The 24-hour check-in was so helpful and appreciated. More hotels should do this as it allows guests to get their money's worth, and it's really helpful to have the option to spend the last morning/half day exploring more of the city, and then come back and shower and eat, and even rest a bit before a late afternoon/evening flight (things you can't do with early checkout, even if hotel keeps your luggage). I always make sure to book a hotel with a restaurant in case I'm too exhausted after a long day out doing tourist stuff, and I can confirm after trying several items on their menu that the food is excellent, including breakfast too. I love their little market options by the restaurant where guests can buy power bars, drinks, and other snacks. I prefer to walk to explore a city, and I was able to walk to a lot of spots like the Opera House, Post Office/book street within 15 to 30 minutes (and so much to see along the way). Also, a very quick ride if you want to use Grab for transportation. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly, professional and ready to answer questions. They also set me up on a day tour to the Mekong Delta. I liked the room's compact layout; the design makes a great use of the space without feeling too small. I've seen some complaints about the shower. The door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. I put the bath mat down and was fine. I had great views, a cool blackout shade, super comfortable bed, and I could not hear outside noises, even when they had a DJ in the lobby one night.

Good location, convenient, but not to close in to the touristy center. However, great hotel with a hip vibe. staff were great and always ready to help. Check in and check out were crisp. Looks relatively new hotel. Room is small but very functional, modern and comfortable. WIFI worked fine, with adequate outlets for charging and convenient desk. Breakfast options are quite decent. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are truly tiny. Not a room you would care to spend much time in. We didn't appreciate the view out of the window from our second floor room. The view of clothes drying in the windows of the adjoining building was indeed unpleasant.

- View: I appreciate the view I had from my room. - 24 Hour Check-In: The 24 hour check-in is great! And I sure took advantage of it and did some work while looking out the window. - Ambiance: Bright and modern - Staff: The staff is wonderful! They seem to all be young like in their 20s. People may expect a group of young folks to be unmindful but they were all super hospitable, professional, and helpful. They spoke fluent Vietnamese and fluent English and were very respectful and polite in their speech. Young assisted me with my check-in and my extensions and checked to see if I needed invoices and made sure I got all of them, Letty and Phuong called and helped me get a converter, another young lady stir-fry ham and onions even though it wasn't her station, because she saw I was eyeing them for my eggs. - Gym: There is usable gym with free weights, squat rack, cables, and 4 cardio station. It's a decent gym and not drabby. - Breakfast: The awesome breakfast buffet caters has authentic Vietnamese food and caters to Eastern and Western taste. - Laundry: There is a clean laundry room that cost 50,000vnd (about 2.25usd) for each. The wifi had no problems.

- Location: It is close to the canal but it was far from the center of the city even though it was in District 1. A car ride can take up to 25 minutes to get to the center. The location may be good for someone who needs to be in Da Kao. - Room size: The room is small. If I was with another person, we would be uncomfortable staying in the room. There was not enough space for me to open my suitcase without getting in the walkway. I tried to book another room but there wasn't any. - Cleanliness: The room was cleared but it did not seemed to have been wiped down. There were multiple oil marks on the window and the desk area has smudges and food marks that was easily wiped down. But nothing gross.

Breakfast was amazing, great variety. Really nice hotel, decor is lovely. Staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Happy hour 5pm-7pm. Check in is 24hrs which is perfect (we checked in at 11am and we were to be out by 11am on our check out day so you get your moneys worth!) overall, great stay would recommend!

On the day after arrival we did not get the room made up after hanging our sign out but this wasn’t really an issue as we just requested anything we needed from reception. Centre is approx 20-30 min walk depending where you want to go but all flat.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Modern and good vibes. Always with chill music on. The lobby is spacious and is where we have meals. The breakfast is buffet with a good variety of food (not just Asian but also western). Once the hotel is 25min by foot far from the city centre, they serve (delicious!) meals throughout the day, which is a plus. The bar is very nice with various offers of drinks. They always have free infused water for guests. Another plus is the fact that they allow check in and check out at any time (24h) which is very handy! They also have 24h laundry facility’s for guests to use. The staff, specially Glen from the bar, were always prompt to help and give suggestions about where to go, where to eat, etc! The room was modern, very clean and well maintained.

The room is a little small, but very cosy and has everything - if it doesn’t you can easily ask staff to arrange and they will quickly sort it for you. However, the lobby is an awesome place to spend the day/work etc. Besides, I stayed in 11 th floor and the path from the lift to the room did not have AC and was very very hot!
