Loved this accomodation. We stayed on the top floor so had the room with the lovely high ceilings. It was a beautiful, very big room. The bathroom was also very big and beautiful. It was lovely and quiet and a very short walk to the lovely beach. We encountered a VERY hot stay so it was nice to be so close to the beach. Was also very close to a lot of fabulous restaurants. Cozy corner was a great place for breakfast. Our fave restaurant for dinner was purple lantern. First building in the laneway will do your laundry for $2 a kilo ( Australian ) enjoyed getting to know the lovely locals on the beach, from Hau and Hinh who will look after you for drinks and snacks on their sun lounges and the lovely ladies who walk up and down the beach trying to sell their wares. Please be kind and at least buy a few bracelets. Loved everything about An Bang beach

This villa was perfect for what we needed. We had finished a tour and decided to stop in Hoi An for a further 4 days. The price was extremely reasonable. Tommy organised a car to pick us up from the airport and a return journey, excellent service. Kim the owner was so lovely and friendly she greated us everyday cooked our breakfast when we got up!! All fresh and great value for money. Kim organised a spa event which was again top class!! She also helped with some trips we wanted to do and transport in the area. Grabs were also very cheap to the old town. The swimming pool we didn't use but looked very clean and inviting. The beach was a few minute walk. Just a point there is no car access right to the villa door so you have to carry or wheel luggage to the property but the ally is lit up at night it's a few minute walk and very safe. When we went out at night the males in the family stayed up and waited for us to return. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the villa. Thank you Kim you were amazing 👏

Perfectly located in An Bang. Nice and close (1 minute walk) to the quieter part of the beach whilst still being close to the central street with great food, small bars, spas and some shops. Our host Kim was absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, genuine and very helpful. The whole stay felt so natural and unpretentious. An idea, soothing change from the sometimes overwhelming madness of central Hoi An. We did not want to leave this beautiful place.

An Bang Coco Villa was just perfect for our stay in Hoi An. It’s outside of the main town which is what we wanted, really quiet and 1 minute from the beach. The villa felt like our little private oasis. We had a two bedroom villa which was great, very clean with comfy beds. A particular thank you to Kim for all her help and suggestions during our stay, and for my surprise birthday cake, so thoughtful of her. We had massages at the place she recommended which were very good and took bicycles out. Highly recommend this place.

The location was close to beach and many restaurants and mini marts. Unfortunately when it rains heavily the access lane way becomes flooded. But that didn't deter us from getting out and about. The pool area is nice and the pool is super clean. We chose to get the transfer option from the airport at a competitive rate which l highly recommend as it can be a tricky place to find..Hai the driver was waiting at the airport and was extremely helpful and friendly with lots of knowledge .We were also offered a complementary lift back to the airport after our stay but we told them we were going to Hoi an city to stay and they said no problems and that they would come and pick us up after our stay in Hoi an city and return us to the airport in which they did as promised. Hai picked us up in Hoi an bang on time at 5:45 am and drove us to the airport. Hai is a very safe driver as we have had some bad experiences with some drivers in foreign countries but felt very safe with his driving. We were more than pleased with the whole process. Kim who works at front office is extremely lovely and very helpful. She does a great job in the running of things. The cleaning staff are all very friendly and happy and also do a great job. Mr Chu or Cu (not sure of spelling) the night security man is such a lovely soul ❤️ and very helpful 😊 We had a lovely 17 night stay and would love to return again.

Everything, location is sensational, staff is lovely, breakfast fresh and delicious. Rooms as in the photos, value for money. Beach is less than 2 minutes walk, local shops and eateries less than 100 metres and 200 metres. One of the restaurants will deliver food and drinks to the villa. The rice and hotpot dish in the pics is from the restaurant (I have forgotten the name but the menu is available at the reception). Ms Kim provides excellent information about tours and surrounds and is an asset to the business. We plan to return in February or March 2024.

Too short a stay :-(

Coco Villa was great with spacious and clean bedroom. The walk in shower was amazing! Kim was a fantastic host and she was very friendly and always happy to help. There's a pool and lounges but we didn't use as the beach was literally 3 minutes walk.

When we first arrived we struggled to find the villa and luckily we arrived during the day as a local person told us where to go. If there was a sign to let people know it's down a.side lane that'll be super helpful.

Our top floor apartment suite was wonderful. Our hosts we're very attentive and helped with sightseeing options and taxi drivers to get around. The walk to the beach and restaurants in the area were great.

Our little mini fridge wasn't cooling very well but it was fine. The bedside lights were a little too dim but also fine to deal with.

Everything! Kim and wonderful staff made our stay fabulous! Our room was spacious clean and cool with fans and aircon. We particularly loved the day bed on out deck 🙂 the lusciousness of trees really lent itself to a fab tropical holiday, just steps away from the gorgeous beach. Enjoyed being on the quieter end of A Bang, though everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend this property and the beautiful staff 🥰

spotless clean rooms / facilities… we had adjoining ground floor rooms for first 5 nights and then moved to first floor rooms which were even nicer again. loved this property … we decided to stay longer in Hoi An but unfortunately the property was booked out but Kim went out of her way to get us other properties to view and stay in. As other reviewers have said Kim is exceptional… nothing is a problem, she organised our tours, taxis, etc and makes great coffees!!!!!! Thanks Kim! All the staff are lovely here. Beds very comfortable, Netflix, AC, large open showers, airy rooms
