Great location in the quiet surrounding. Free shuttle bus both to Hoi An old town and the beach. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with a good choice of food. Nice stuff.

Would be great if the areas were divided for those with children and without, as when there are plenty of them, they are generating noise that can ruin your stay.

Great facilities, helpful staff and the best breakfast buffet we’ve had since travelling in Vietnam. Nice and quiet. Spacious and superb quality rooms.

It was a bit far out of town. Whilst there is a shuttle bus, you are restricted by the times it runs. Lack of restaurant choice & amenities nearby.

We had such a lovely stay! Was slightly far out of town,, but they had a shuttle bus and was easy to get a grab if needed also! Was all so clean and the pools.. Divine! Diem was so friendly always being super attentive at meal times and throughout the day if any help was needed :3 Thankyou !!!

Hotel personnel are just lovely. The layout of this lodge works very well, with the pool being the anchor point - good size and accessible not a long way from the rooms. The other guests were very respectiful in it's use - not any noise even swimming at night. I loved the lodge was out of the Hoi An busy vibe. We took Grabs and the cost was about AUD $5-7.

The lodge has seen better days - the tiling and some of the furnishings are tired. But not in any material way - everything still functions well. There is nothing I didn't like.

We had the most lovely stay here! The location is beautiful, very serene and lots of ricefields to stroll around. It is a few km from town but for us that was exactly what we were after. Hotel provides daily shuttles for free, both to An bang beach and the city, a couple of times per day. Theres also free bikes wich was great ☺️ The staff was just amazing! Thuy especially made our stay the best. Since we stayed for a week she both updgraded us to a suite and treated us to a free spatreatment. She made us feel at home and is such a hospitality queen💯

If im beeing picky… The resturants and poolbars would really benefit from hiring a skilled and educated bartender. The drinks don’t live up to the hotel standards even if the staff is trying their best. Breakfast could also improve a bit with a few more healthy options and better refill during breakfasttime.

The property was beautiful and surrounded by water with the restaurant next to the water. There was also a pond with beautiful fish. The pool area is gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room service was really quick and efficient. The shuttle into town was really helpful. The staff were also very helpful with booking a tour to local attractions. The breakfast was really good. Had good choice on the menu. The spa is amazing, we had massages and they were excellent. Very professional.

Unfortunately our room was quite damp and the bathroom didn’t seem clean. There were mouldy spots in the corners.

Beautiful Resort and Spa with the most amazing, caring and attentive staff. Property is wonderfully landscaped, lots of greenery, rooms are spacious and kept impeccably clean. The resort has a restaurant, two big swimming pools with lots of lounge areas, two outdoor bars, pool table and great spa services are available. Bikes as included which is very helpful. The resort provides complimentary shuttle to city center and beach several times a day and has one of the best breakfast buffet's I have ever encountered. Service was impeccable, the owner of the resort and his staff thought of everything. This resort definitely gets a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me. My wife and I did not want to leave. We will miss all the incredible staff (especially Ha, Thuy, Duyeň, Nguyet, Hong, Diêm, Yan Yan and Vũ Huyy) who made our stay so incredibly memorable.

The hotel staff was amazing, when we arrived we got a nice room upgrade. The last night the AC did not work properly, they tried to fix it but in the end they gave us a nice compensation. The property is amazing, just outside of the city center, with the free shuttle it was very easy going into and getting out of the old centre, or take the shuttle to one of the beaches of Hoi An. The hotel has 2 great pools and very nice views! The breakfast was very good and we definitely recommend a trip to the in-house spa. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to relax a bit and enjoy Hoi An and the surrounding area.

The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options to start the day off right. A special thank you to Thuy and the team for their incredible hospitality. Their dedication truly elevated our experience and made it unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and exceptional service!

Great stay with Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa, extremely accommodating and tucked away from the business of Hoi An, but very easily accessible and affordable anyway by grab or the free regular shuttle bus (clean, quick and cool) put on by the Ecolodge. Beds are comfy, room is spacious and lots of lovely touches like afternoon tea. Staff are so friendly and delivered on everything we asked of them, going above and beyond every time with someone available at all times. Laundry service was ace. Breakfast had a good selection each morning with fresh eggs, local food, savoury and sweets (fruits, mini cakes, pastries). Pools were very relaxing and clean. Next time I’m in Hoi An I will be returning, 100%, as this place had no faults and made life easy during our stay with a 5 star experience!
