We stayed here for five nights and we loved our stay. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was very powerful and no issues with hot water. The breakfast included is buffet style but you can request fresh eggs and pancakes. Which we enjoyed every morning. The staff are very welcoming and kind saying hello when we leave and come back. The location is in town but not directly in old town, which is preferred as old town stays busy all day and very touristy so staying a 15 minute walk out was ideal for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Super friendly staff! The owner greeted all guests every morning at the breakfast, asking, if everything was ok. Perfect concierge service as well. Very nice room with 2 huge beds, clean bathroom and a balcony. Wonderful buffet breakfast with freshly made omelettes and pancakes. It's a pity, the weather did not allow us to use the hotel pool. Situated very near the historic centre in a less crowded street, although plenty of restaurants and shops for a travellers needs. Could not wish for more..

We had a wonderful time staying at Green Apple Hotel. Mr. Duy gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making us feel right at home. This is definitely a must-stay spot in Hoi An. Nga was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the area and providing free bicycles on site, which made exploring so easy. The room was lovely, and the staff were equally amazing. It's truly a great deal, and the breakfast was an interesting and enjoyable experience. One day wasn’t enough, but unfortunately, we had limited time on this trip. We will definitely be back! Thanks again to Mr. Duy you’re the best! Highly recommend!

This hotel was our favourite in Vietnam! Quiet despite being close to the busy centre and markets, impeccably clean - the cleanest we've been to in Vietnam, well furnished spacious room, very good variety at breakfast, staff professional, welcoming and friendly, free bicycles, long well positioned pool. We also loved the location - a mix of cafes and local life, a short walk to the centre and a beautiful rice field nearby.

Worth checking where your room faces as not all rooms have a great view. Ours faced the opposite building wall. We did not mind and we took the last room over busy Tet period but would be good to note if this sort of thing matters to you.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They always asked how our day was and gave us recommendations. The room was a good size, clean and had AC. The view from the balcony was beautiful looking towards the mountains. The breakfast had a large selection of food and different dishes. The location was between An Bang beach and the Old Town which was helpful. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. They had free bikes which was a nice touch to get around the town. Definitely recommend for the price and considering the location if you want to be close to both the beach and the Old Town. Thank you!

The staff and owners were friendly, attentive and accommodating. During our stay, they arranged our transport, guided us on places to visit, and even bought for us local coffee that they served during breakfast, as we loved its taste. We loved the breakfast, with choices of either Asian or American food. Seasonal fruits were also served. The location is good, near the old town, and lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Quiet surroundings. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, and with lift. They offered free use of bicycles which we also tried.

The location turned out to be okay (walking distance to the old town). The breakfast was ok (buffet). The room was clean. All in all a good experience

In our room we could hear the piping at night (e.g. sb else taking a shower), the room is a bit worn out. But the most annoying is that the staff is (as laid out in other reviews) a bit nosy and pressing. I think it's intended to show attentiveness but it doesn't feel that way.

This hotel is in a perfect location! It’s just outside of the main part of Hoi An old town, about 5-10 min walk and it’s beautiful! The rooms were clean, breakfast was so good & bed was super comfortable! We were also able to use bicycles to get to and from places which was super convenient - we couldn’t fault this hotel. The staffs are super helpful and welcoming. They helped us with our transport to the next place we are going and was always happy to help us with no issues. We would like to hightly recomment!

The Property is really nice, the location is great, close to the old town but not in the center, so it’s still quiet. They have free bikes, which you can take to go to the beach. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they give good tips if you need them. They have a buffet breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, a choice of warm meals, bread, musli, fresh fruit and vegetables. Everything you need. They also clean the room for you everyday and bring fresh towels. I would recommend you this Hotel!

The stay was amazing and definitely a 10/10. There was nothing really bad. The only thing is, that the Hotel is not that new as it looks on the pictures. But everything is clean, so it’s still a great place.

The staff were very kind, helpful and supportive during our stay. The view was great and beds/AC very comfy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. There is a small shop immediately opposite for supplies.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. However, it is worth noting on the weekends that a local venue has loud music between ~ 1400-2130. We had a hotel front room.
