I had a room on the 41st floor with a balcony and awesome views, the staff are lovely here and tried their hardest considering I don't speak Vietnamese. My room was spacious with an andriod TV and comfortable bed the aircon was great and also a fan in the room. Best shower cubicle I've had since I've been out here. And just sitting at the restaurant outside watching the world go by is the best I highly reccomend.

I couldn't work the safely deposit/safe. And the elevators are fun at peek times one doesn't even go to the 41st floor 😌 but once yoy work it out can be a fun experience for sure.

I spent an extra night here, hence the second review. It's a nice place right on the beach. The area is pleasant and a bit calmer than the centre of Nha Trang. The room had a nice view considering it wasn't one of the more expensive sea view rooms. Note that the discount offered on Booking.com was very high, so I wonder if I paid the normal amount for this room? If the price was much higher than this would have affected my review.

It's a bit weird that the hotel charged my card for the first two nights of my stay, but they made me pay in cash in advance for the third night. Also, they charged me extra for one of my towels being dirty - I just used it to clean off the beach sand... I mean, don't they need to wash the towels anyway? The price was the same amount as 1kg of laundry, which in itself is not expensive, but it's strange that it's the same amount for just one towel.

Location perfect for my relaxations. I can walk across to the beach, a very nice beach I frequently visit before. Clear water for snorkeling with fishes and corals to see. Great restaurants, one at the hotel, but no discount I was going to tip the service staff with it. Nice family atmosphere, my family in town enjoyed being there. The price is reasonable I will book again when I want to be on the beach.

They could accept VISA credit card, They took every $ dong I had on me to pay for the room without surendering my passport for the entire visit. Most places only make copies, I do not like to be held hostage without mean to travel.

Great location right next to the beach. The hotel has the best affordable restaurant that I came across during my 3 week stay. House keeping did a great job cleaning. Great price for what you get. TV has very good English movie channels and also Netflix.

There was a big language barrier with the house keeping staff and they appeared to be always laughing at me or about me for some reason? It may have been harmless but hard to tell! Not a major issue of course.

The beach location was great , good food and coffee shops but most were cash only... be prepared. lots of of street like vendors delicious food.

As far as tours and rides to the airport the location was consider out of the tourist area and on some occasions we had to pay more because of the location. The hotel Requested a deposit that I was unaware of . Either they keep your passport or require a Million Dong deposit.

I can’t believe how nice is this place, it’s just perfect location if you like surfing. Around you can get local food ( really yummy and good price ) , the best is the surfing school! The guys are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend surfshkola, you can find them by Instagram 🌊🌊🏄‍♀️🏄🏄‍♂️ enjoy this beautiful paradise !

Location and view are great, good value for money. Many shops and restaurants around.

Some rooms are not as nice. I mistakenly booked a room with a city view and it was quite dull and layout not good. Luckily staff was very helpful and upgrade with a sea view was possible. I highly recommend sea view rooms.

The room was really nice considering the low price. Great views of the beach and city, even though I didn't book a sea view room. The location is right across the road from the beach. Very chill.

It's a bit weird that the hotel doesn't have its own lobby, and that the reception desk is inside the restaurant. However, I guess this is what keeps the price low. It's annoying that all the power goes out in the room even you're outside - including all the power sockets. So you can't charge a phone or laptop while you're outside the room...

i had contact hotel for request check out late and they replied there will have charges, im agree on it but they seems like didnt do remark informed the other staff. the hotel provide 2 access card, they didnt informed 1 card is for lift and another 1 is for room, i didnt bring both at the end have to go reception swipe car for me

Very clean room and we'll present, staff were very helpful and enjoyed the stay there, with a lovely beachfront view and a nice view of the city I was very satisfied with my stay, well located to shops and just across the road from the beach

The "double bed" was just two single beds pushed together making it a bit uncomfortable but other than that can't complain 🙌
