Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, everyone was always smiling and accommodating. You can tell that it was cleaned multiple times throughout the day since the floors were always shiny. Breakfast consisted out of a buffet with fresh fruit, different warm meals, beverages, cereals and a omelette/pancake station, where you could choose between omelette, fried- and scrambled egg. A nice addon was also the Smart TV and rooftop area with a bar/cafe and outdoor pool. Central location and overall experience would make me eager to stay again!

Just a recommendation: Warm meals at the buffet could adapt one or two additional options (besides the eggs/pancakes and focaccia) for vegans/vegetarians as they were mostly based on meat.

We had a few problems with the first room we were given, the bedside table kept falling even after they repaired it and then the safe wouldn’t work.The maintenance man asked if we would like to change rooms and we said yes as this all happened within the first hour of being there. The next room was perfect.

No margarine or butter at breakfast, you had to ask which was a bit of a problem in the first instance due to the language barrier. It was sorted fairly well though. .

Our room layout was quite odd - we had no normal windows but a large metal window that opened out into the corridor that wasn’t locked and a window into the stairwell It was also just in front of a corridor where housekeeping kept all the trolleys and cleaning equipment so from 5.30AM till 8 ish there was banging and shouting all around us - couldn’t sleep even through ear plugs We did mention this to reception but they insisted it was just large groups checking out but it was the same for the three mornings we were there

This has been my favourite hotel in Vietnam - if you are looking for somewhere to stay where you feel valued - stay here!!! I have never experienced the kindness of hotel staff like this one - the ladies on reception and the gentlemen on the door were so lovely and always chatted with us. The rooms are lovely, the pool incredible, and happy to let you pay for late check out! If I ever come back to Nha Trang I won’t go anywhere else!

Very clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good value for money. Asian breakfast buffet good, we also enjoyed the rooftop pool. It is not so big but still enjoyable with sunbeds, bar and city views

Windows not soundproofing at all. The road was very noisy but luckily we still managed to sleep well. The bathtub in the restroom is placed in an odd way, not attached to walls...when we showered we always flooded the floor

The staff were so helpful and enthusiastic , willing to assist in your every request/needs. Breakfast was buffet type with eggs to order and various Vietnamese dishes...I enjoyed it and so did my Vietnamese wife.. :)

Not really a dislike but at breakfast I asked for black tea but they could not provide this option.. Small fault but not too important but I do like a good cuppa in the morning.. Luckily I had some teabags with me in my room ..

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The egg station at the breakfast buffet was great, as were the staff.

The food at breakfast was always cold (when it should have been hot). We ate there at 6am and at later times, and always cold. It was very difficult to get the water temperature in the shower OK - either too hot or cold.

Great location! It is very close to the beach and many other restaurants nearby. It is convenient to walk distantly to the other places because it is almost at the city centre. Room is clean, breakfast with two options included. Staffs are super nice and polite. I score the staffs an A+ Cannot expect for more with this price, the lowest one listed on booking.com Recommended!

Good location in the busy part of town. Nice staff. Housekeeping was very aware and active to help us. Room was nice. Good value for the price. Wifi worked well.

The windows were not well sealed, so we could hear the noise from outside. It was difficult to sleep late into the morning if there was construction around. Breakfast ended at 9am, which was too early for us. We did not experience breakfast.

This is one of the best places i've ever stayed in Vietnam. Large room, full of light, well equipped facilities. Situated in city center, with various choices of street food and restaurants. Nice and supportive staff. Good breakfast included. Clean and comfy bed. The best thing is the spacious and beautiful balcony. 100% recommended to stay here, i love it.
