The hotel is conveniently situated and features an aesthetically pleasing interior with remarkable architectural height. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided invaluable assistance in addressing our inquiries, arranging transportation, and ensuring an overall high-quality stay. Big Kudos for the two legends Anh and Trinh. Give these people a raise! The reason for my rating is because there is always space for improvement.

We had to change rooms on our second day as the hotel was fully booked but the staff made sure it was seamless transition.

Anh and Trinh were helpful with everything.

A fantastic hotel near the beach with incredibly kind and helpful staff—special thanks to Ly and Minh for making our stay extra memorable. We stayed in the penthouse, which was incredibly spacious with stunning views. It had plenty of storage space and even a playroom for kids, making it perfect for families. Breakfast was delicious, offering a traditional Vietnamese spread with pho, eggs, noodles, cold cuts, and bánh mì—simple yet satisfying. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!

Breakfast was tasty but the same every day. Unfortunately, the spa and sauna were closed during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown.

We stayed here twice under two separate bookings as we decided to rent a room for the day before our night train at 23.30. We still had to pay the full room price, but it was so cheap we didn't mind and we appreciated that the staff were able to help with this, so that we didn't have to spend 12 hours bouncing between cafes.The first room which we booked in advance was very spacious, had a great view, and was clean ane comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the AC worked incredibly well, and would keep the room cool even when switched off for a few hours. There is a rooftop pool which we had to ourselves when we used it. There is also a spa and gym but these appeared to be closed. There was a very useful booklet of information including local attractions in the room. Very good value for money on both rooms given the area, which was not quite central, but close enough to walk to the beach and some restaurants, with other places and the train station being a short Grab away.

The second room which we booked through the hotel desk for the following day was not as nice, but we did not sleep here and only used it for the day. It was quite damp and humid as there were no windows, and the bathroom had not been fully cleaned with some dirt and hairs in the bath and on the floor. The room manual states that the restaurant is open for breakfast until 10.00, but when we arrived at 9.20 we were allowed to sit, only to be politely asked 10 minutes later to finish up and leave as it actually closes at 9.30. There was a lack of vegetarian options on offer too, but it was free. The ashtrays in the corridors were always dirty and unsightly. Despite these negatives, given the cheap price, decent location, and helpfulness of the staff, we would still recommend this hotel

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The whole staff was great! We really appreciated their services and efforts to make our stay as best as it could be. Our special thanks to Miss Thao, the receptionist for her excellent customer care, courtesy, and professionalism. She's a problem solver! If you have any issues, you can rest assured they will be taken care of immediately. Mr. Minh and Miss Tran were also very pleasant and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with everyone in this hotel during our 4-day stay. We were so pleased with it that we wanted to stay longer but we couldn't this time. However, we will definitely come back and stay much longer next time. TND hotel is the best we've found in Nha Trang so far. We highly recommend this hotel for its services, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and value. This hotel should be rated 5*

Nothing to dislike.

Location was great. Right next to Cho dam market and Nha Trang beach. There is a fruit smoothie right in front of shop and a mini mart across the street. Pharmacy and laundry is 5 minute walk away. Price was good for our stay and the hotel staff were very friendly!

Coffee was not on a warmer, so it was cold. Our room was near elevator and the other guests are noisy as they pass our room. The rooms aren’t sound proof from the front door.

Large clean bedroom and bathroom, incredibly helpful and kind staff especially Thom who went out her way to assist.

The shower placement in the rooms with a bath leads to water absolutely everywhere as it isn't aimed to be within the tub so it was annoying. Still useable just made a mess.
