The beach was lovely but rocks were visible at low tide, security kept a watchful eye as soon as you entered the water making sure you didn't go in too deep :). The beach bungalows were a fantastic setup right on the beach with your own banana lounges outside and a lovely outdoor shower and generously proportioned room and bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the setting was very unique.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety, the overall quality was ok but not exceptional. The selection changed daily and there was a good mix of western and Vietnamese style food. The overall place felt a bit rundown - it still had a majestic tropical vibe but could do with a bit of a refresh.

My stay at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort was wonderful. Rarely do I give a 10, but this stay surpassed my expectations, especially considering the price. Right from the start, the hotel elevated our experience by upgrading our room to an ocean-view bungalow just steps away from the sea. In our stay the private beach felt genuinely private, like our own secluded haven, aside from the attentive hotel staff. While the bungalow was simple with traditional furnishings, it had everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was a great touch. The tennis court and pools were enjoyable, and the limited number of guests and spacious territory created a pleasantly private atmosphere. The hotel restaurant impressed with great food, cocktails, and outstanding service—polite and professional. Breakfast was tasty and also accommodated vegetarians. Despite the remote location, other restaurants were within reach, and calling a taxi was never a problem. Room service went above and beyond, leaving us a bedtime story and sweets each night—a thoughtful touch.

I genuinely have nothing negative to say about experience.

restaurant: the restaurant is quite spacious but the arrangement of tables & chairs is not efficient. Breakfast buffet is way too packed into just a small space in the middle of the restaurant. i went at 9am and could not find a table. Staffs suggested me to sit at any available seat (i.e. to sit with other family). in reality, staffs could be flexible by splitting tables as the most popular arrangement now is connecting 2 to 3 tables together for family of 4 to 8 people. management of Victoria could consider reading the Psychology of space!

We absolutely loved this resort. We had a beachfront bungalow (definitely treat yourself to this) so we could get room service to our terrace and have wine with the sounds of the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful. Also the bathroom is INCREDIBLE. There is an outdoor shower and huge indoor bathroom as well. We also made the most of the spa, again you can listen to the sounds of the sea as you are being massaged. It is such a relaxing and beautiful place.

The food could do with a bit more seasoning. Also it's better to walk along the beach to get in the sea as it's quite rocky the sea by the bungalows.

Spacious resort with 2 pools and located at the beach. Nice breakfast. Nice extras like tennis and pony riding for kids.

Bungalows are clean but outdated, same goes for pool & bar area. For a 4 star, it could use an upgrade. Note, when you book a family bungalow, you only get a double bed. All additional beds (eg for kids) need to be booked & paid extra for. This should be more clear (family room = 4 beds)

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a few issues initially with a broken door lock and a fold out bed not being comfortable and put together properly, but the staff couldn't have been more willing to help and fix our issues. They were unable to fix the door quickly, so they upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast was great and the pool and beach was clean and beautiful. The massages were relaxing, I would highly recommend.

The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and the food did not live up to the expectation of a 4 star resort.

Everything was absolutely incredible. Great service, great beach, totally engrained with nature. The rooms are super clean and I love the shower. Breakfast and food were delicious. I would come back 100%

There were a couple small lizards in the room but they didn't bother us at all. Just staying it for expectations don't let this put you off. Water bottles in the room were expensive so I would recommend the hotel to reduce the price of the beverage overall.

The pool water is cold & will be perfect if it is warm like some resorts' I've stayed pools in Mui Ne

The service of the resort is really good. - Friendly reception staff. Instruct and explain in detail the regulations as well as the rights of customers. - Bungalow 09 is the place I chose to stay. Its location is quite good, near the infinity pool and restaurants. The room is clean, spacious, uses warm yellow lights, and has a welcome fruit and card. - L'Oceane Restaurant's food is delicious. A compliment to the chef who cooked the noodle with grilled pork, the portion is large and suits my taste. You should also try the seafood dragon fruit salad. The breakfast buffet is varied, spicy Sichuan-style chicken is very tasty and moderately spicy. I haven't had a chance to try Pho here yet. I will go back and enjoy it. - The resort has many free services but I have not had much time to experience it.

However, the toilet seat was cracked, hope the resort will fix it. I think the resort should widen the road because the current road can only accommodate 1 tram, I had to step on the grass to make way for it.

Our room was huge, with separate living area room with kitchen area (full size fridge/freezer), 2 plate hob, sink, kettle. Bedroom was very big (superking+) and plenty of storage. Bathroom was massive with large walk in shower, 2 sinks and jacuzzi bath. At the front was a decent size plunge pool and views to the front were the pretty gardens and the sea. Nice touches when we got back every evening to find curtains drawn and biscuits/cakes and fairytale left in the room. 2 bottles of complimentary water provided in the room every day. Breakfast was lovely - choices of traditional Vietnamese food, croissants and pastries, cereal, tropical fruit, fruit juices. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times. Food was nice, staff extremely attentive and lovely setting, looking over the sea. Absolutely loved the glasses of coffee with condensed milk at the bottom, then the coffee, fill with ice and drink through a straw. My husband couldn't cope with the tea, but the staff always brought him a pot of English Breakfast tea as soon as we came in which he was very happy with. 2 large swimming pools; one infinity pool with views to the sea and the other was quieter (most days we had it completely to ourselves between 11 - 4 which was wonderful). We had a massage in the hotel spa; very reasonably priced. My husband said it was the best massage he has ever had. The Jacuzzi in the spa is free to hotel guests. Great location; so peaceful. All you could hear was the sea. Hotel is a 35 minute walk to the shops and restaurants or a 5 minute Grab (around £1.50). Quite a lively walk with all the motorbikes and cars to negotiate, but completely safe. We tended to walk in and get a Grab back once we'd loaded ourselves up with bottles of water. Good choice of restaurants and shops in general.

There was a big telly in the room but only Vietnamese channels and fuzzy picture. To be honest it really didn't bother us.
