The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was helpful at arranging tours and renting a scooter. The lobby was a great place to work, read or chat with other travelers. Fun activities at night.

There were a couple of days where the breakfast was limited to only two of the options. Disappointing but I understand it's perhaps hard to have ingredients on hand for every dish, every day. We stayed in a private room and one of the days during our stay, they ran out of fresh towels. When we came back from being out all day, using our towels from the day before at the pool and beach, we had to then use those for our shower and to clean up. Not ideal when they were to be included in our stay and there's laundry on site. Note that the private rooms don't have a safe but there was a big one behind the front desk.

Being wake-up by the cleaning crew that’s starts their job at 9/9:30 lighting up the room speaking load, while the check out is at 11am please let us sleep it’s a peaceful hostel and island where we want to rest and sleep in until the last minute. No Landry service only 2 washing machine that are often busy.

The hostel was huge! Lots of shared spaces including a gorgeous pool and large bar area with a pool table! The room was also very spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also kept very clean and tidy. The staff were really helpful when it came to booking tours and excursions and the hostel is very central so easy to get to explore both the North and South. The breakfast included with our stay was also delicious! You could also use the clothes washing facilities for free which was a great extra and the salt/ coconut coffee was AMAZING!

My only slight criticism of this property is that the showers didn’t have any doors, just a small shower curtain. We went in low season so the bathrooms were never that busy but maybe having an actual door might make guests feel abit more comfortable.

I think this hostel gets it just right. It’s social without being party party, cocktails are great, food is good. The beds are like sleeping in a cloud, rooms are spotless, and the showers are hot and powerful. Highly recommended, thank you for making my stay so comfortable ❤️

On my final night I stayed on a ground floor room. I noted it was slightly noisier than the first floor rooms. Nothing major, it wasn’t enough to keep me awake but if you are a light sleeper it may be best to request a room on the higher floor.

We had a private room that was nice. Common areas were spacious and nice for hanging. Bar/Kitchen was good (also the breakfast options). Pool was clean and nice area to read and rest. Staff was super helpful when asking help with trips, laundry and stuff. Rooms were cleaned daily and complimentary water was added. Real value for money!

There were some problmems with sewage which caused some bad smell in hallways from time to time. The hostel was clearly working on it, but must say it did affect to experience 😅 Private room did not have any locked box/safetybox for valuables. Some small things like some mold in seams in shower and not enough soundproofing also could be fixed but in my experience these are problems in the most of the hotels/hostels in se asia.

Great Hostel! The location is cool - close to the beach, cafes, and a bus stop. They offer a good breakfast with a selection of different dishes. Although it's not a party hostel, they host various activities every evening, such as a pool tournament, quiz night, and live music. It was easy to meet people, especially around the pool table. Laundry is free at the hostel, but you'll need to purchase your own detergent, which is available at the reception.

The 8-person room lacked natural light, as the windows faced a back aisle. Additionally, there was no option for refilling clean water.

Facility is connected to a hotel that owns the hostel next door. Wifi is strong in the lobby and the rooms on the 1st floor. Breakfast is a good portion size and unlimited tea and coffee available is a nice touch. Pool table and lounge seats make it a comfortable setting for lounging and conversing with others. Easy for motorbike and car drivers to find and pick-up from. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and room lockers are big enough for most luggage sizes. Bathrooms provide soap and shampoo dispensers. Met many cool people from all over Europe, Asia and the Middle East and would definitely stay here again based off the staff being attentive to customer needs and making a welcoming atmosphere.

Having more vegan options for breakfast would be a plus for those who are vegan/vegetarian. Also maybe having a complimentary glass of beer available for guest at happy hour time at the bar. Allow lobby lights to stay on when guests like myself or others are working on their laptops overnight or early in the morning so we don't have to locate staff to turn the lights back on. Wifi could be stronger upstairs and in the outside area of the pool area because my video calls were dropping there. Having a water dispenser on the facility is needed since there is many travelers who have water bottles at the facility.

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed with in my entire life. I felt like I was in a resort. Free breakfast, free laundry, great location, wonderful staff, great swimming pool and pool area, volleyball included, great chill vibe lounge and bar, free billards table. I made great friends from all over the world, Europe, Asia, you name it. What more can you ask for!!! I couldn’t recommend this anymore!!!!!

If I could make a constructive criticism, it’s the lack of fresh drinking water for free but honestly that would change it from 9.8/10 to 10/10. So it’s an amazing place all together!!

It's super nice hostel with basically everything you need. There is a lot of space in common areas and in the dormitory, reception is super helpful, it's clean, free laundry, good location, super nice swimming pool.

Food is terrible. I spent 1 week in the hostel and this is only one bad thing I can say about this hostel. They provide free breakfast and you have choice of: English breakfast, avocado toasts, fruit bowl, but it tastes bad and this is opinion of almost all of the guests I met in Phu Quoc. I also ordered some lunches and even loaded fries (which supposed to be super easy to prepare) are not so good. I'd recommend staying in this hostel for sure, but when it comes to food - just go outside or order sth via Grab.

One of my favorite hostels I have stayed in during my 3 month trip so far. super clean, beds are so comfortable, free breakfast is great (they have 5 options) and in a great location as well. I wish I had more time to enjoy this hostel and stay longer in Phu Quoc :( Puchin at the front desk was so amazing, sweet and helpful as well. he suggested a couple good places for me to get coffee and food and was so awesome to talk to. He definitely made my experience even better as did the other front desk staff. definitely suggest this hostel over any others in Phu Quoc. I wish I could have a hostel experience like this at every place I travel to in vietnam!
